BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaform® / C 25 H is a new type of POM that was developed specially for sliding and wear applications. Compared to a standard POM copolymer, the material is characterized by a higher crystalline structure and thus better wear properties and a higher melting temperature. Kebaform® / C 25 H improves the sliding and wear behavior solely by modifying the polymer chain and there is no reduction in mechanical properties due to the addition of tribologically active additives. Due to its property profile, Kebaform® / C 25 H is particularly well suited for applications that require good sliding and wear behavior, but do not allow compromises in mechanical properties, e.g. For gears, rollers, plain bearings, guide bushes, etc.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaform® / C 901 TS is a specially modified type, which is characterized by excellent sliding and wear properties. Despite the highly efficient modification with PTFE and a special silicone oil, Kebaform® / C 901TS has excellent mechanical properties. Kebaform® / C 901TS is used wherever high demands are placed on wear resistance, uniformity of friction behavior under changing conditions and low noise levels, and at the same time the mechanical property profile of a technical construction material is required. BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaform® / C 904 UR is a normal viscous, elastomer-containing injection molding grade based on Kebaform® / C 90.0. The increased elastomer content results in a very high level of toughness. The absorption capacity for high dynamic loads is excellent.
