MoldWiz Internal Mold Releases (IMR’s) and Process Aid Additives are specially formulated for specific thermoplastic and thermosetting resin systems. MoldWiz additives are highly effective at low addition rates; do not require special equipment for dosing or mixing; and remain stable when included in stored resin. XTEND products are proprietary reactive resin chemistry, which is available in both solvent and water-based formulations. XTEND semi permanent mold releases yield long lasting, tough coatings, ensuring great release, superior mold protection, and long productivity, providing multiple releases for each application. XTEND is formulated as a systems approach with a complete line of compatible mold sealers and primers.

CleanWiz offers an array of chemical mold cleaners and strippers that can be utilized both in process and offline. The CleanWiz line includes water and solvent based products for both light duty mold cleaning and heavy duty stripping. For more details on CleanWiz products please check the Cleaners/Strippers page. All CleanWiz® products are comprised of materials that comply with REACH and major worldwide chemical substance inventory lists.

MoldWiz® INT-1E-11S - A process aid additive with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous solution. The addition of this process aid additive gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The process aid additive will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.

MoldWiz® INT-33UDS - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin. Eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

CleanWiz® CX-500 Cleaner - A solvent system for cleaning molds. Quick flashing, general purpose cleaner to prep molds before application of semi-permanent sealer or release system. May also be used to remove residue from resins, overspray, or excess semi-permanent.

MoldWiz® PU-13RX - A Liquid mold release agent that is ideally suited for molding polyurethane foam, polymer concrete and other composites molding applications. May be used with FRP or metal molds and is ideal for porous tooling, effectively sealing the surface and contributing to smoother parts. Easier and less time consuming to use and less likely to build up than conventional paste wax release.

MoldWiz® INT-EQ6 - A non-silicone process aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Facilitates processing by increasing the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting its mechanical properties. The cured product can be readily glued, bonded, coated, etc. and there is no exudation or deterioration after prolonged storage. There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations.
