Avitasa Oxifeed 25L

A comparative trial is realized with our product OXIFEED 25L in a recognized Analytical Laboratory in Spain The target of this test is to face the effect of different antioxidant compounds or commercial blends of the same on Crude Fish oil for animal feed which is by their nature highly oxidative.

Analytical Method: Rancimat as a recognized accelerated oxidation process.

Materials:

• Crude fish oil containing about 30% on omega3 compounds (highly oxidative)
• Etoxiquin
• Antioxidant K (commercial product based in a synergistic blend of antioxidantes compounds)
• Oxifeed 25L
• Oxifeed concentrated

Dosages

All test products were applied in the test dosage to Crude fish oil in different samples. After this all the samples were treated through the Rancimat method getting the useful life of every product calculated with the correction factor supplied by the Laboratory.

Conclusions

Oxifeed 25L defeated all the other commercial products such as etoxiquin and antioxidant K. Although that oxifeed concentrated seems to be the better product in this trial we must consider that the economic cost is comparatively higher.

Store in cool, dry, protected from light; kept closed after each use. Two years from date of manufacture.
