AOS® Electrically Conductive Grease 57000 is a silver-filled, Non-Silicone-based, chemically inert; heat sink compound. This advanced grease offers premium electrical and thermal conductivity.

AOS® Electrically Conductive Grease 57000

AOS® 340 LR 52054(lowest resistance) is a non-silicone thermal grease with the current lowest thermal resistance on the market (for thin bond line applications*). It is also extremely durable and will not pump-out making it ideal for applications requiring extended life and no degradation.

AOS® Electrically Conductive Grease 57001 is a Non-Silicone-based, chemically inert heat sink compound that is thermally stable. This advanced grease offers premium electrical and thermal conductivity.

AOS® Electrically Conductive Grease 57001

AOS® ZnO Free Thermal Grease 52056 is a synthetic-based thermal grease used to insure quick, efficient heat transfer and dissipation. The product exhibits very high thixotropy yet spreads easily under low shear. This AOS compound increases slightly in viscosity as it is heated, yet still exhibits excellent heat transfer. 52056 was developed by AOS in response for a product that will exhibit very high flow initially and can therefore be pumped under relatively low shear. The material appears compatible with most electronic materials. Keep the container closed until using as the material should not be left exposed to the atmosphere until used.
