In oour material lab we have the possibility to develop customer unique materials, based on customers specifications. As we manufacture all the rubber we use in our own mixing department we have a flexibility that are hard to find elsewhere. Requests for materials or products made of materials we currently don´t have, we can develop a customized material in our lab and produce it with all specifications met.
Our mixing unit is located in our Sunne facility."

CLIMARUB

Climarub 0.7 is our new rubber material developed to reduce the environmental impact. It can replace traditional EPDM rubber resulting in considerably lower CO₂ emission. Technically, Climarub performs just as well as traditional EPDM rubber.

AnVa Polytech Bio-TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) is an elastomer comprising a thermoreversible network. AnVa Polytech produce parts of bio based TPE. Bio-TPE is a material that reduces the environmental impact. It replaces traditional TPE solutions with a bio based content of 30 %. Technically, Bio-TPE performs just as well as traditional TPEs.
