L-malic acid has been widely used in food, tobacco medicine, daily chemical industries and other industries, and can be divided into the following categories according to specific uses:
- Food Industry: L-malic acid can be used to process and prepare beverages, liquors, fruit juices, and can also be used in the manufacture of candies and jams. It has antibacterial and antiseptic effects on food. It can also be used to adjust the pH of yogurt fermentation, remove tartrate in wine brewing, etc.;
- Tobacco Industry: Malic acid derivatives (such as esters) can improve tobacco flavor;
- Pharmaceutical Industry: All kinds of tablets and syrups with malic acid can have a fruity taste and are beneficial to absorption and diffusion in the body;

Packaging & Availability

It is packaged in a cardboard drum lined with double-layer food grade polyethylene plastic bags. The net content of each drum is 25kg. It can also be packaged according to customer requirements.
Storage & Handling

It should be stored in a cool, dust-proof and dry special warehouse. During transportation, avoid sunlight and rain, clean the transportation tools, and prevent the packaging bag from being damaged. During re-storage and transportation, it is forbidden to mix storage and transportation with toxic, harmful, corrosive substances and other pollutants.
