Dermol ALFA is a balanced mixture of Alpha Hydroxy Acids derived from natural sources of highly branched Isostearyl Alcohol. These ingredients allow this ester to exhibit an extremely low freeze point The presence of the free hydroxyl groups on the Alpha Hydroxy Acids facilitates spreadability on the skin and gives Dermol ALFA emulsifiability in some polar solvents. Dermol ALFA, an odorless, tasteless ester imparts gloss, sheen and lubricity with a minimum of oiliness. It is recommended as a good binder for pigmented products and for make-up removers. It is also highly desirable for lotions and moisturizing facial creams.
