They expanded purely based on word-of-mouth and have since bought Toll Solutions, which acts as the manufacturing arm of Alinea. The company’s Duncan, South Carolina facility includes reactors, dispersion and emulsion vessels, solids handling and mixing equipment, and blending vessels, which are adaptable to a wide range of chemical processing needs. We provide a selection of chemical products to fit your want, while also offering the ability to custom-make a solution to fit the specificity of your situation. Our products are Made in the USA in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility. Furthermore, with our 150+ collective years of management experience in the chemical realm, we have the chemical knowledge, technical expertise, and industry connections to get the job done. We offer a full line of lubricants, emulsions, fluids, repellents, defoamers, and other specialty chemicals. And if we don’t have something that works for you, we can custom make it.

IneaSil

IneaSoft 2500 is a non-ionic, organo silicone softener that, when emulsified, creates a smooth hydrophilic finish on cotton, cotton/polyester, and polyester fabrics. IneaSoft 2500 is especially suitable for fabrics that will be compressively shrunk, such as shirtings, particularly pin point oxford. IneaSoft 2500 is extremely stable and works with all products commonly used in textile finishing. IneaSoft 2500 is also useful for softening terry towel material.

IneaSil 110C is a highly effective silicone antifoam compound that does not require any solvents. It was created specifically for use in a variety of industrial applications such as food processing, pulp processing, textile dyeing, and waste water treatment. The foam knock down on IneaSil 110C is significant.

IneaSil 838E is a versatile water-based silicone antifoam emulsion with a high solids content. It is useful in a variety of industrial applications that require a highly efficient product with significant foam knockdown and good sustaining antifoam power. When compared to similar silicone products, IneaSil 838E is unique in that it is much less likely to contribute to any downstream deposit or carryover issues due to the product's free rinsing nature, while still maintaining performance.

It is useful in a variety of industrial applications that require a highly efficient product with significant foam knockdown and good sustaining antifoam power. IneaSoft 3600 is a modified amino functional silicone softener that, when emulsified, creates a smooth, low yellowing finish on cotton, cotton/polyester, and polyester fabrics. INEASOFT 3600 is especially suitable for fabrics that will be compressively shrunk, such as shirtings, particularly pin point oxford. INEASOFT 3600 emulsions are extremely stable and compatible with all products commonly used in textile finishing.
