Synolite™ resin series are used in a broad range of applications and end-use markets, including Marine, Building & Infrastructure, Industrial, Consumer, Wind. These resin series incorporate Ortho, Iso, Ortho/NPG, Iso/NPG, and DCPD resin chemistries. Solutions are available for:

 

Sanitary parts (bath tubs, showers), using a combination of resin with fibers or fillers. Used for backing of Acrylic of ABS sheet
Wind turbine components (blades, nacelles, rotors)

Synolite

Daron® resin series include a full range of products suitable for applications with elevated performance requirements. These resins are based on vinyl ester, vinyl ester urethane and hybrid chemistries, and available either as one component (1K) or two component (2K) system. Using Daron® resins enable the manufacturing of components with special properties. This can include features like high strength, stiffness and inter-laminar shear strength, low weight (particularly when used with Carbon fibers), resistance to elevated temperatures up to 220 °C, and superior fatigue resistance competing in many cases with equivalent systems based on Epoxy resins. Daron® resins can often be used both with glass fibers and Carbon fibers, because of their superior fiber wetting and, in some cases, relative insensitivity to fiber sizing type. Typically, these resins cure faster, cure at lower temperatures and require less post-cure when compared to Epoxy resins. This translates into reduced cycle times, extended mold lifetime expectancy and reduced cost

Daron

Since their introduction over 50 ago, Palatal® resin series have been used in a broad range of applications and end-use markets, including Marine, Building & Infrastructure, Industrial, Consumer. These resin series incorporate Ortho, Iso, Ortho/NPG, Iso/NPG, DCPD resin chemistries. Solutions are available for: Low styrene emission (LSE), Chemical anchoring and mortars for construction repair, Putties, Gelcoat and bonding paste base resins, Pultrusion, Filament winding, Bonding
Carrier resins, Applications with special approvals (Lloyds, DNV). Palatal® resin series have been used in a broad range of applications and end-use markets, including Marine, Building & Infrastructure, Industrial, Consumer. For SMC and BMC applications the Palapreg® resins have set the industry standard for many years. Used by our customers as key ingredients in SMC and BMC formulations, they find their way in many applications in Transportation (truck cabin components, passenger car exterior body parts, structural components, lighting components), Electrical (circuit breakers, switch gear, cabinets), Building & Infrastructure (doors, sinks, bath tubs, façade panels, water tanks).

The Atlac® Premium resins are Styrene-free. They feature easy processing and close to zero smell. This translates into a healthier work place, happier operators, reduced process interruption in confined space environments, and minimized emissions from finished parts.
