Ethacure® 100 is an effective curing agent for polyurethanes and epoxy resins. It may also be used as a chain extender for polyurethane and polyurea elastomers, particularly in reaction injection molding and spray applications.

SAYTEX® RB-7980 flame retardant is a blend of SAYTEX RB-79 flame retardant,polyol and a liquid phosphate ester. The mixture of the diester/ether diol of tetrabromophthalic anhydride and phosphate results in a lower viscosity liquid than neat SAYTEX RB-79 flame retardant. Application areas are Reactive diol mixture for rigid polyurethane foams, urethane elastomers and coatings.

SAYTEX® HP-7010 flame retardant is a polymeric additive containing thermally stable, aromatic bromine. It is available in powder (HP-7010P) or granule form (HP-7010G).SAYTEX HP-7010 flame retardant provides outstanding thermal stability and electrical performance. It is particularly suitable for engineering plastic applications such as polyesters (PET, PBT, PCT) and polyamides (nylons).

SAYTEX® 8010 flame retardant is a non-diphenyl oxide based product containing a high level of aromatic bromine.SAYTEX 8010 flame retardant can be used in a wide range of high performance applications. In particular it finds use in styrenic polymers, engineering resins, wire & cable and elastomers.

SAYTEX® CP-2000 flame retardant is a reactive intermediate, or additive, depending on the application.As a reactive flame retardant, SAYTEX CP-2000 flame retardant finds particular application in epoxy, vinyl esters and polycarbonate systems. As an additive flame retardant, SAYTEX CP-2000 flame retardant is widely used in ABS.

SAYTEX® BT-93W flame retardant is a unique white-colored additive that combines stable, aromatic bromine with an imide structure.SAYTEX BT-93W flame retardant provides premium performance in a wide range of applications. It finds use in polyolefins, high-impact polystyrene (HIPS), thermoplastic polyesters (PBT, PET,etc.), polycarbonate and elastomers.

SAYTEX® 621 flame retardant is a physical blend of brominated polystyrene and a polyester resin. It is supplied in a convenient low-dust pellet form and contains a high level of bromine, about 64 percent.

SAYTEX® 8010ZD flame retardant is an environmentally friendly pelletized version of SAYTEX 8010 flame retardant, a non-diphenyl oxide based product containing a high level of bromine. It is highly efficient and non-blooming, has good thermal and UV stability and also provides improved impact strength, melt-flow and elongation properties.

SAYTEX® RB-79 flame retardant is a stable, reactive bromine-containing diester/ether diol of tetrabromophthalic anhydride. The nominal structure of SAYTEX RB-79 flame retardant is a mixed ester of tetrabromophthalic anhydride with diethylene glycol and propylene glycol. It is used in reactive diol for rigid polyurethane foam and urethane elastomers and coatings.

SAYTEX® RB-49 flame retardant, tetrabromophthalic anhydride, is an additive or reactive intermediate containing aromatic bromine.SAYTEX RB-49 flame retardant is designed as a reactive intermediate for use in unsaturated or saturated polyesters, polyols, esters and imides.

SAYTEX® RB-9170 flame retardant is a low-viscosity, reactive, aromatic bromine-containing diol with high bromine content. The product is a low-viscosity amber liquid with improved processing and storage characteristics compared to conventional brominated diols. Low viscosity at room temperature eliminates the need for heated, insulated storage tanks and drum-heating facilities. It is used as reactive diol for rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams, urethane elastomers and coatings.

SAYTEX® RB-7001 flame retardant is a reactive diol that contains both halogen and phosphorous. The product is a low-viscosity, amber-colored liquid that has improved processing and storage characteristics versus conventional brominated diols. SAYTEX RB-7001 flame retardant’s balance of halogen and phosphorus provides optimized flame retardant characteristics in both PIR and PUR foams. Its lower viscosity at room temperature eliminates the need for heated, insulated storage tanks and drum heating facilities.Reactive diol blend for rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams, urethane elastomers and coatings.

SAYTEX® HP-3010 flame retardant is a highly effective brominated polystyrene product with exceptional flow properties in engineering thermoplastics and excellent resistance to yellowing at high temperatures. Customers report significant improvements in compounding speed and molding throughput when using this product, as well as improved dimensional stability and elongation resistance in molded parts. Like other brominated polystyrenes, SAYTEX HP-3010 flame retardant is non-blooming.It is insoluble in water and presents no bioaccumulation or dioxin/furan concerns.
