We source lavender flowers from the famous Bulgarian Rose Valley, right under the Balkan mountain range, where the famous Damask rose is grown and where the climate is mild and Mediterranean-like. Bulgaria is the world leader in lavender production and the tradition of its cultivation dates back to the beginning of the 20th Century.

agroCO2 Grape Seed CO₂ Total Extract is High in vitamin E, grape seed extract is a powerful antioxidant that can be used in the cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries. It also has anti-inflammatory activity and is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Grape seed extract improves the blood flow in the body, tightens and softens the skin, and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines. The seeds that we use for the production of our extract come from white grapes.

agroCO2 Peppermint CO₂ Select Extract is considered to be one of the oldest medicinal plants, peppermint oil is a versatile extract with countless applications in different industries. Due to its rich chemical composition, it could be applied as a compound in health products, cosmetics, food and beverages, household cleaning supplies and others. Its popular cooling effect comes from the high content of menthol and menthone. Moreover it has antiseptic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Compared to the distilled peppermint oil, the CO2 extracted product is more potent and its chemical composition is richer. Therefore, the color is richer (yellow to brownish); the scent is deep but milder and warmer, and quite the same as the leaf itself. We source cultivated dry peppermint leaves from Bulgarian producer.

Juniper berry is famous for being a gin botanical as its most popular use is as a condiment and a primary flavoring ingredient in the beverage and it also perfectly blends with our Coriander seed extract. The extract is rich in Vitamin C and is a powerful antioxidant which can be also used in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. We source Juniper berries from bio-certified mountain regions in Bulgaria where they grow wild.

agroCO2 Milk Thistle CO₂ Total Extract is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties, which make it an amazing cosmetic ingredient that can soothe acne-prone and oily skin. Milk Thistle grows in flat sunny regions, next to mountain areas with Mediterranean-like climate. The raw material that we source is cultivated as a medicinal plant in the Southern region in Bulgaria and is grown pesticide-free.

agroCO2 Damask Rose CO₂ Total Extract - Concrete from a combination of Rosa Damascena from our own plantation and from the famous Bulgarian Rose valley, near the city of Kazanlak. Bulgaria is a leading producer of Rosa Damascena with cultivation dating back to 1420. The Bulgarian Damask Rose is perceived to be of highest quality and is a symbol of love, youth and health, often referred to as the “Queen of Flowers”.

agroCO2 Damask Rose CO₂ Floral Water is cultivated on our own farmlands and supply fresh rose petals to our SFE plant directly from the field. This allows our team of agronomists, farmers and pharmacologists to have total control over the complete growing and production processes – from growing the flowers to extracting the petals and assuring that our extract is of the highest quality and meets the highest standards for organic production. Our rose fields are currently under process of bio certification.

agroCO2 Marigold Flower CO₂ Total Extract contains many beneficial organic compounds that have anti-inflammatory, protecting and restoring properties for the skin. The antioxidant activity of the flavonoids has a healing effect on the skin and protect it from cell damage by free radicals, meaning that skin redness and blemishes are reduced. Marigold oil is also famous for boosting collagen production by promoting blood flow to the skin cells, which visibly makes the skin look healthier and more youthful. We currently source our Marigold flowers from Egypt and are carrying out field trials to grow the feedstock on our own farmlands.
