CoreLite Board® is a cost-effective closed-cell PVC foam specially formulated to provide high physical properties and be recyclable. Engineered for easy workability, weatherproof and insulation properties, and excellent fire behavior. It is characterized for its phenomenal screw retention and amazing resistance to moisture; it will not rot, mold or mildew. It is also compatible with multiple resins and adhesives.

CoreLite Board®

Lightweight Plain Weave Fiberglass is very light weight 25gsm, 48gsm and 81gsm plain weave glass fabrics, which are ideal for laminating model aircraft structures. The fine weave is also useful for reducing pinholes on the surface of composite components.

6oz (200gsm) Plain Weave Glass Fabric is designed for surfboard manufacture with a sizing (fiber finish) that provides easy wet out, high clarity and softness for superior fabric handling. The balanced weave fabric is 1.3m wide and is sold per linear meter.

AERONTEC cc 6 0z (200gsm) Glass Fabric

Twill weave fabric at the 200gsm weight is the most commonly used carbon fabric of all. In this pattern the weft goes over two intersecting warps and then under two (hence 2/2) to create a woven fabric with a predominantly diagonal pattern to it. It is suitable for use in wet-lay, vacuum bagging and resin infusion manufacture as well as for use as a single surface layer where parts are being made to look like carbon fiber (skinning).

AERONTEC cc 200 gsm Twill 3K Carbon

175 gsm plain weave, Style 281 fabric. Aramid fabrics are woven from Kevlar or Twaron very high tenacity fibers with excellent mechanical properties in tensile strength and elongation-to-break. Aramid fabric has excellent abrasion resistance and laminates can offer improved toughness. Aramid fibers are typically gold in color and require very sharp shears for cutting. Aramid is difficult to sand and is adversely affected by UV light so it is often covered by laminate or paint.

Plain weave carbon tapes are manufactured from 12K, T700 carbon tow. They are available in 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 300 mm wide and is sold per linear meter.

106gsm Plain Weave Glass Fabric , style 2116, is a very tightly woven fabric, ideal for lightweight structures. The fine weave pattern reduces pinholes and provides an excellent surface finish.
