Coatings:
ADD-6211 is a conventional dispersant for solvent-based coatings to improve pigment wetting, reduce the dispersion time and increase gloss and flow. It is particularly suitable for stabilizing titanium dioxide and all kinds of extenders. ADD-6211 strongly reduces mill-base viscosity allowing high pigment and filler loadings.
ADD-6211 is particularly suitable for car putties (based on unsaturated polyester resin) as well as solvent-free epoxies and polyurethanes.
ADD-6211 should be added prior to the dispersion/grinding process.
0.5-2.0% (delivery form) on TiO2, inorganic pigments and extender
Composite:
ADD-6211 is an efficient wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic fillers, especially CaCO3 and ATH in unsaturated polyester resin systems. This results in:
• Improved wetting and incorporation of extenders
• Reduced viscosity of the paste/compound
• Increased filler and extender load
ADD-6211 is suited for filled unsaturated polyester systems (sheet and bulk molding compounds, gelcoats and putties) or combination of polystyrene, polyvinylacetate and styrenebutadiene copolymers (e.g. LS- or LP-formulations).
ADD-6211 is directly added to the unsaturated polyester resin while stirring prior to the addition of the extenders.
0.5-2.0% (delivery form) on extenders

Storage & Handling
- STORAGE, SAFETY & HANDLING
ADD-6211 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5
years from the date of manufacture. ADD-6211 should be handled in accordance with good industrial practice. Detailed information can be found in the Safety Data Sheet.
