ACS International is one of the US’s top manufacturers of decorative, organic fillers made from polyester-resin granulates. The products are primarily used in the production of bath and sanitary products, furniture and other cast polymer applications.
The facility includes crushing and blending equipment along with a comprehensive laboratory, ensuring quality control and advancements in research and development in all our product lines.

ACS manufactures a broad range of products including: Poly Stone™ spray granite, Dura Stone® solid surface filler, Poly Chips® solid surface chip(s) components and Featherlite® an ultra-light series of fillers.

The Featherlite® Series is designed to enhance the production process and improve end-product performance of materials it is added too. Just as its name suggests, Featherlite is an ultra-light filler formulated for cast polymer applications as a means to reduce product weight and save costs.

Featherlite® FL-50 is an ultra-light filler to enhance the production process and improve end-product performance of materials it is added too. It is formulated for cast polymer applications as a means to reduce product weight and save costs, and provides 50% weight reduction and 47% resin demand.

Featherlite® FL-1500 is an ultra-light filler to enhance the production process and improve end-product performance of materials it is added too. It is formulated for cast polymer applications as a means to reduce product weight and save costs, and provides 5-50% weight reduction depending on the percentage added to the filler.

Featherlite® FL-1500

Featherlite® FL-20 is an ultra-light filler to enhance the production process and improve end-product performance of materials it is added too. It is formulated for cast polymer applications as a means to reduce product weight and save costs, and provides 20% weight reduction and 27% resin demand.

Featherlite® FL-30 is an ultra-light filler to enhance the production process and improve end-product performance of materials it is added too. It is formulated for cast polymer applications as a means to reduce product weight and save costs, and provides 30% weight reduction and 37% resin demand.
