Once diluted, this product can be applied in a variety of ways: wipe non-porous surfaces, spray textiles, roll-coat plastic film, or spray with a fine mist in high production applications.
- Dilution Instruction
Fill clean container with desired amount of solvent. Water or isopropyl alcohol can be used. Use purest solvent available. Add appropriate volume of Staticide® 30 Concentrate to the water to avoid foaming. 30cc is approximately 1 ounce by volume.
For porous surfaces: 100cc concentrate to 1 gallon solvent (39 parts solvent to 1 part concentrate)
For non-porous surfaces : 40cc concentrate to 1 gallon of solvent (99 parts solvent to 1 part concentrate).
For shielding bag manufacturing : 40cc concentrate to 1 gallon of isopropyl alcohol (99 parts IPA to 1 part concentrate)
