Voltoid® HP-450 is a high density composite designed to provide superior flame barrier properties and dimensional stability at high temperatures. Composed of aramid fiber, filler, and polymeric binders, it features low water absorption and exhibits outstanding electrical and mechanical properties.

Voltoid® V-090 is composed of a blend of organic and inorganic fibers, specially formulated inorganic fillers, and bound in a proprietary latex matrix. The material has good dielectric strength and a U.L. Flame Class Rating of 94-5VA. V-090 has a glow wire rating over 700˚C and is therefore suitable for demanding fire resistant applications.

Voltoid® D-800 is a resin-bonded cellulose fiber composite material. The D-800 series of products are specially formulated to provide consistent electrical and mechanical performance under conditions of variable ambient humidity and/or moisture. D-800 is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories for continuous use as an electrical and mechanical barrier to 105˚C. It is easily fabricated by being punched and blanked.

Voltoid® S-350 is a cellulose based electrical barrier and insulation material that has Underwriters Laboratories’ flame classification of 94 V-0. S-350 is UL approved for continuous service at 90˚C (electrical and mechanical). It has a combination of firmness with flexibility that makes it well suited for a number of uses. S-350 die cuts cleanly without excessive die wear. It can be fabricated by creasing, cut scoring, forming, and can be printed.

Voltoid® D-225 exhibits superior electrical performance and flame retardance in a competitively priced barrier or insulation material, including achieving an Underwriters Laboratories’ flame class rating of 94 V-0.

Voltoid® D-100 is an economical electrical and flame barrier, including Underwriters Laboratories’ flame class rating of 94 V-0. D-100 is recommended for applications where long exposure to high humidity is not anticipated. It is a versatile material which can be riveted, stitched, stapled, and formed.
