Andisil

Andifoam is a 100% active, emulsifiable and self-dispersing antifoam concentrates composed of a blend of silicone glycol,  polydimethylsiloxanes and silica offer outstanding persistence at a fraction of the usage levels required  when using conventional mineral -based antifoams. These pour-able concentrates are particularly useful in  processes where high dosing accuracy is desired.

Andiform are vinyl silicone polymers compounded with silica for ease of use in RTV formulations. All of these products provide excellent improvement to physical properties and eliminate the hazards of handling or working with hydrophobic silicas.

ANDIFIL

Andisil® Vinyl Polymers are vinyl-terminated dimethylpolysiloxanes that are available in a variety of viscosities. They can be used as base polymers or as blend
polymers in order to create the desired hardness. These polymers can be cured with silicon-hydride crosslinkers and a platinum catalyst.

Andisil® VS 165,000

Epoxy functional silane used used to improve dry and wet strength in cured composites reinforced with glass fiber rovings. Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.

Andisil® 78 Silane

Andisil® SP 4414 is a silicone polyether copolymer used as an emulsifying and co-solubilizing agents of siloxane and organic systems. It is compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients. It acts as a surfactant for stable foaming, improves wet and dry combability, and imparts silky gloss and pleasant feel on hair and skin. This product is recommended for hair care and skin care applications.

Andisil® VS 100

Andisil® SF are a series of silicone fluids with various viscosities and of excellent purity. They are chemically known as dimethyl polysiloxane and useful due to their thermal stability or resistance to change with changes in temperature. The fluids are completely soluble in all viscosities of dimethyl polysiloxane fluids and are heat stable and resistant to oxidation. They are inert, noncorrosive, nontoxic, clear and colorless.

Aminoethylaminopropyltrimethoxysilane (technical grade). Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.

Andisil® TL 28 products are high activity liquid catalysts used in the condensation cure of silicones, and the synthesis of polyurethanes & esters.

Andisil® VQM Products are additives for the improvement of mechanical properties of addition cured silicone elastomers. The curing mechanism of vinyl-functional silicone polymers (Andisil® VS) is a platinum catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing silicon-hydride groups. The mechanical properties of the unfilled RTV are rather poor. Therefore the properties are improved with the addition of appropriate fillers i. e. Carbon black, fumed or precipitated silica and other fillers well known to formulators with expertise in compounding silicones. Andisil® VQM Products are comprised of vinyl-functional silicone polymers and vinyl-functional QM-resins. The product group is beneficial in formulating filler free, transparent systems which require good mechanical properties. The products will also enhance improvement of mechanical properties of filled formulations.

Andisil® VQM 2050

Andisil® OH 50,000 is a Silanol terminated fluid.Andisil® OH Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives.
Curing of the Andisil® OH series can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.
