These esters are mostly water in oil emulsifiers, but they can also act as oil in water emulsifiers when they are used in combination with the ethoxylated sorbitanesters.

Mosselman Sorbitan Monolaurate 20 EO - Food Polysorbate 20 (9005-64-5) is a bio-based emulsifying agent that is ideal for use in various industries such as chemical manufacturing, textiles manufacturing, water treatment, and more.
