DABCO® DMDEE is an amine blow catalyst specifically designed for single and/or multicomponent polyurethane systems. It is a low-activity catalyst that demonstrates high blow selectivity. This catalyst allows for excellent shelf life in OCF applications and offers good system stability when used with HFO blow agents.

PEL-CAT™ 9749-A Stongly promotes the blowing (urea) reaction early in the foaming process. Provides early foam flow to improve fill prior to significant viscosity build, shortens time to trimerization onset in high water formulations.

PEL-CAT™ 9666 Most delayed action trimerization catalyst, suitable for CASE Applications. When used as a co-catalyst, improves wet out and flow without significantly extending overall cure time.

PEL-CAT™ 9858-A is an amine based trimerization catalyst. It is a moderately active polyisocyanurate catalyst that provides excellent back-end cure for rigid polyurethane foams. It can be used as a co-catalyst to improve trimer conversion or back-end cure in rigid polyisocyanurate foams. PEL-CAT 9858-A improves back-end cure in a variety of flexible polyurethane foam formulations too.

PEL-CAT™ 9648 is Effective trimerization catalysts for rigid and semi-flex foams; high rate of trimer formation improves flammability properties and compressive strength. PEL-CAT 9648 has a high level of potassium in ethylene glycol solvent and is the most water compatible.

PEL-CAT™ 9715 Slightly delayed action catalyst for better flowability in rigid foam applications; moderately high trimer formation rate minimzes knit lines and improves foam strength and uniformity without sacrificing processing time.

PEL-CAT™ 9540-A is Primary trimerization catalysts for wide range of rigid foams; high rate of trimer formation improves flammability properties and compressive strength. PEL-CAT 9540 & 9540-A are standard 15% K Octoate in diethyleneglycol (DEG).
