BOMAR®BR-144B, a medium molecular weight, trifunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane acrylate oligomer, offers the formulator a cost effective means of obtaining high abrasion resistance and solvent resistance in a durable, high-gloss coating. While not limited to these fields, BR-144B is an effective choice in wood and furniture applications, along with abrasion-resistant overprint varnishes.This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

BR-7432GB, an aliphatic polyester urethane diacrylate, formulates into applications requiring adhesion to various substrates and applications such as thermoforming resistant coatings where toughness and flexibility are required. BR-7432GB provides excellent balance of weathering, solvent resistance, tensile strength, and adhesion properties.BR-7432GB is an incredibly tough, elastomeric material with similar mechanical performance to cast urethanes, and can provide excellent impact resistance and weatherability to formulations. BR-7432GB also has low MeHQ for nail gel polish applications.

BR-5541M is a flexible polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer diluted in 20% IBOA with a low modulus, good adhesion to a variety of substrates, and excellent elasticity. The high molecular weight of the backbone structure offers improved elasticity and rebound versus similar high elongation materials. The low modulus of the material allows for a high degree of flexibility comparable to silicone-based materials such as BRS-14320S, but with improved compatibility and surface cure. The compressibility of the material also offers potential usage in gasket and sealing applications.

BRC-4421 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate that can be formulated into chemical and temperature resistant coatings and resins. The material has low color and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics. The material can be formulated into tough, impact resistant 3D printing resinswith excellent flexibility. It’s ultra-low water absorption makes this an excellent choice for moisture sensitive or hydrophobic applications

BR-7432GI30, an aliphatic polyester urethane diacrylate, formulates into applications requiring adhesion to various substrates and applications where excellent toughness and flexibility are required. The BR-7432GI30 backbone performs very well in extended weatherability studies. Itis an excellent choice for impact and bend resistant coatings, and can act as an impact modifier for composite applications

BR-952 is an aliphatic urethane dimethacrylate. The low viscosity allows for ease of use in coating applications for the nail care and 3D printing industries. BR-952 can be used to provide a high gloss, tough coating or 3D printed part. This material is also used in coatings for construction applications when improved toughness is desired for excellent durability. BR-952 provides an inherently high HDT of 143°C and a Tg of 159°C, and is inherently tin-free

Bomar™ BR-345 is a difunctional polyether urethane acrylate that provides unique properties for 3D printing resins. This soft material is ideal for use in applications where high elongation is desired, and can be used as an additive for impact resistance. Resins with less than 1000 cps can be formulated with this material when monomer levels are above 50%.

BR-441BI20 is a fast-curing, high tensile strength, low molecular weight aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate with low color, high hardness, and excellent adhesion to plastic substrates. BR-441BI20 can be considered for use in high tensile strength overprint varnishes, high tensile strength 3D printing resins, and non-yellowing coatings.

Bomar® BRS-14320S is a difunctional oligomer that combines a robust silicone backbone into a urethane acrylate oligomer. The resulting product provides an unusual combination of desirable properties: softness, flexibility, and temperature resistance. BRS-14320S is a candidate for consideration in formulating 100% UV soft-touch coatings and also for electronics applications

BR-771F is a low molecular weight oligomer with a good balance of high tensile strength and moderate elongation with an excellent cure speed. BR-771F exhibits excellent adhesion to plastic substrates, particularly polycarbonate. Formulations made with BR-771F can exhibit superior toughness properties with a high Tg. Its inherently low color and aliphatic backbone make BR-771F an excellent candidate for polycarbonate coatings and adhesives

BR-541MB is a difunctional aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate. BR-541MB is used for its desirable balance of toughness and flexibility and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates. This oligomer is an excellent candidate to consider for use in impact-resistant coatings on various substrates when used with BR-543MB. This material has low skin sensitivity and is INCI registered for compliance in cosmetic applications

BR-371MS, a low molecular weight, difunctional, aliphatic polyether urethane methacrylate oligomer, is a great fit for coatings that require high tensile strength, extremely low color, superior hardness, scratch resistance, and weathering resistance. BR-371MS provdes very low color and a high viscosity, ideal for hard gel nail coatings, and offers reduced heat generation vs other high tensile strength materials.
