Hydropalat® WE 3225 is a silicone-based wetting agent with notable defoaming properties. It exhibits excellent substrate wetting and compatibility within aqueous coating formulations. This product presents a pronounced defoaming action, specifically designed for various types of aqueous coating formulations. It seamlessly merges outstanding compatibility and wetting capabilities with efficient defoaming properties.

FoamStar® ED 2522 is a high-performance, ultra-low SVOC silicone emulsion defoamer for premium water-based paints, clear coats, and inks. It provides excellent foam suppression during grinding and application, retains antifoam efficiency during storage, and is easy to incorporate without the use of strong shear forces. Its chemical nature involves an emulsion of organo-modified silicones.

SILRES® BS 310 is a solventless emulsion that can be thinned with water. It consists of polysiloxane modified with a functional silicone resin. This product is specifically designed to be added to aqueous masonry coatings and primers, either during or after their manufacture. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 310 serves as an additive for aqueous indoor paints or coatings. Its purpose is to enhance the workability of the paint or coating, resulting in improved application properties. This product is highly compatible with indoor paints and has a positive influence on wetting and leveling properties.

ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

DEHESIVE® 811 is a solvent-based condensation-curing silicone specifically recommended for release coatings. It exhibits good release stability after post cure and provides excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. This product is suitable for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

SILRES® BS SMK 2101 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield a microemulsion. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

WACKER® IM 11 is a polydimethylsiloxane having carbinol functional groups in α,ω-position. WACKER® IM 11 can be used neat, in a solution, or as an emulsion. Suitable solvents for WACKER® IM 11 are aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, higher alcohols, and ketones.

Wacker Chemie SG 3380 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer and a trisiloxane superwetting molecule with organofunctional groups at the terminal positions and hydroxyl end-capping. Due to its unique structure, SG 3380 exhibits high surface activity and effectively spreads on nearly any surface. It reduces the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and acts as a highly effective wetting agent.

SILCO® GA 5157 is a highly effective leveling and surface additive that improves slip, leveling, and scratch resistance. This organomodified polysiloxane is particularly recommended for water and solvent-based formulations. The preferred fields of application include: Printing inks and overprint varnishes Water-based systems UV systems

AFCONA 2040 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects that prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush, and is particularly suitable for systems ranging from low polarity to high polarity. AFCONA 2035 is recommended for brush and conventional spray applications.

AFCONA 2038 is a highly compatible defoamer that does not cause in-can haziness. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes. This defoamer has excellent compatibility properties, making it especially suitable for use in clear coatings and high gloss coatings. Additionally, it is suitable for use in applications where dry film transparency is essential, such as when applying thick clear coatings by conventional spraying.

AFCONA 2045 is a silicone-based defoamer used to prevent the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application of solvent-based coatings, including polyurethane clear coats. It is effective even in difficult situations such as airless spray, brush, and roller application, and has strong defoaming properties with a very good transparent appearance.

AFCONA 2048 is a defoamer for both spray and brush applications of solvent-based wood coatings. It is especially suited for high gloss solvent-based wood finishes and is highly compatible, not causing unacceptable haze. It is particularly useful for brush applications, as it quickly evaporates and provides rapid defoaming.

Afcona - 2723 serves as a defoamer and air-releaser for unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, UV, and epoxy resin systems.

DISPARLON® AQ-7120 is designed as general purpose wetting & leveling agent based on acrylic-silicone polymers and easily dispersed into waterborne systems with excellent recoatability.

MOUSSEX® S 667 is a silicone based highly efficient air release agent for solvent borne industrial coatings systems, suitable for clear coat and pigmented coatings.

PEL-SIL™ CL290 is a organo-modified silicone-based additive consisting of a siloxane backbone and polyethylene-oxide (EO) and polypropylene oxide (PO) side chains. PEL-SIL™ CE 390 has recoatability and low tendency to foam. It is good compatibility with many resin systems. PEL-SIL™ CL290 is an excellent silicone-based additive for improving slip and mar resistance and reducing friction coefficient for solvent-borne, water-borne, and UV/EB cured coating systems. It can be used for coatings in industrial and auto, wood, and overprint vanishes and inks.

Silok® 8241 is a base material wetting agent with both defoaming and antifoaming properties. It has low surface tension, promotes leveling, and can wet all metal, plastic and other low surface energy material surfaces

AGITAN DF 311 M is a defoamer for all common solvent based systems. ADD-3231 is a silicone-based surface additive to improve surface properties in all solvent-based medium- to high-polar systems. It is specially used in systems in which solvent-free additives are requested or where a requirement for a special solvent exists. ADD-3231 can be used in coatings and printing inks.

Silok® 310-Recoating Silicone Leveling Agent is a silicone leveling agent which has excellent heat-resisting performance, excellent compatibility and recoat ability.

AGITAN DF 6421 is a defoamer for solvent based systems. It provides the following properties: Versatile efficiency in non aqueous systems; Can be used as supplied; Easily dispersable in most organic solvents

CLiQSMART 1051is apolysiloxane emulsion based defoamer for aqueous systems. The highly efficient defoamer can be used in a broad range of aqueous systems and is typically applied in gloss pigmented and clear coatings, inks and overprint varnishes.

ADD-3236 is a silicone surface additive with defoaming properties to improve the surface properties of coatings, with particular emphasis upon leveling, it increases surface slip and thus improves scratch and mar- resistance. ADD-3236 is a heat resistant due to the alkyl-modification, which shows no thermal decomposition at high temperatures in baking systems such as coil coatings (up to 280°C for 15 minutes).

SZ 9137 is a silicon acrylate developed for UV/EB cure coating applications requiring for slip, wetting and good flow.

AMA is dimethyl silicone designed to improve mar resistance and reduce surface tension in conventional solvent based coatings. Systems include: acrylic resins, alkyd, epoxy, lacquer, phenolic, polyester and urethane.

DISAFOAM BCH 914 has a high performance and low dosage anti foaming agent. The product with 100% active materials, contains silicone in its formulation.

ADD-3031 is a silicone surface additive to provide good substrate wetting of critical substrates and excellent anti-cratering by reduction of surface tension of the coating systems. It also improves surface slip, scratch resistance and anti-blocking properties. ADD-3031 is a heat resistant silicone additive, which shows no thermal decomposition at temperatures between 150°C and 230°C. Due to its low surface tension, it prevents floating of pigments, Bénard cells and pinholing. It is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

ADD-2525 is a highly compatible silicone-based foam control additive specially formulated in emulsion form. It is particularly designed for water- and glycol-based pigment concentrates and universal colorants as well as water-based inks. ADD-2525 also finds use in low-PVC emulsion paints (glossy) and water-based clear varnishes.

CoatOSil™ DSA 6 friction modifier is a silicone micro resin and an excellent candidate to consider for use as an additive to help improve the performance of coatings. In addition to providing silicone lubricity, CoatOSil™ DSA 6 friction modifier has a lower specific gravity than conventional inorganic fine powders and typically has superior heat and chemical resistance as compared with conventional organic fine powders.

ADD-3239 is a silicone-based leveling additive with defoaming properties. It improves the surface properties of solventbased and solvent-free coatings with particular emphasis upon leveling. With a slight influence on surface tension, ADD-3239 can impart defoaming properties to the system. It is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones but insoluble in water. Sometimes it is necessary to dilute this 100% active material with a compatible solvent to improve its compatibility in a particular system. ADD-3239 is suitable for coatings and composite.

ADD-3230 is a silicone-based surface additive to improve surface properties in all solvent-based, solvent-free and aqueous systems. It is specially used in systems in which solvent-free additives are requested or where a requirement for a special solvent exists. ADD-3230 can be used in coatings and printing inks.
