CARPOL® PGP-4000 is a propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 4000. This diol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® PGP-4000 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® PGP-4025 (reactive Diol) is a propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 4000. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 25% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart Carpol® PGP-4000. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® PGP-4025 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

Carpol® PGP-2816 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2800 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 16% ethylene oxide. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® PGP-2816 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® GP-6307 is a glycerine initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 6300. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 7% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® GP-6307 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

PETOL 160-3 is a polyoxypropylene triol, 1055 average molecular weight. It is the standard polyol for one-component spray foams.

CARPOL® PGP-3815 is a propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 3800. This diol is a copolymer of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® PGP-3815 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® PGP-400 is a propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of two and a molecular weight of 400. The low functionality and viscosity of this polyol makes for a versatile product. It may be used in rigid foam systems to the lower viscosity of b-side material while helping control crosslinking. In addition, it may also be utilized in a number of C.A.S.E. applications. Carpol® PGP-400 is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity.

This diol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity. Carpol® PGP-2740 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2700 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 40% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity and hydrophilicity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® PGP-2740 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.
