Shouguang Derun Chemistry PP V2 flame retardant masterbatch is a new and effective environment-friendly flame retardant masterbatch. We made it according to the customer’s different requirements. The effective FR inside is the environment-friendly N.P.Br compound FR. It is made especially for PP V2 grade. Compared with the traditional FR (DBDPO, TBBA, BDDP), it has the advantage of less additive amount, better FR result, low inflammation and few Br content (it is almost halogen –free in the PP makeup). It is no need to add ATO. At the same time, this masterbatch owns the perfect processing performance in the PP production. No precipitation and water -proof. It can be used for the extrusion and injection of PP.
