Valsynthese is a privately owned Contratc Development and Manufacturing Organization and part of the SSE Group (Société Suisse des Explosifs), headquartered in Brig, Switzerland, with a broad international reach. The Group - founded more than 100 years ago - dates back its roots to the challenging project of building the Simplon railway tunnel. For more than a century the experts in high hazardous and high energetic chemistry have build the backbone of a solid knowledge in the field. Valsynthese - established as a legal entity in the Seventies - became soon the natural diversification in pure chemical development projects and with the years reached the capabilities of producing intermediates and APIs both under GMP and ISO certification. Nowadays Valsynthese can be regarded as one of the few European highly experienced CDMOs in this field.
