The type and fineness of 50% Carbon Black Masterbatch affects the dispersion and we choose pure virgin LDPE at high MFI as carrier. Carbon black is light, fluffy, and easy to fly. Black masterbatch is processed by using a mixer to completely mix carbon black and base resin. The type and fineness of carbon black affects the dispersion.
