Tinuvin® 292is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) developed specifically for coatings. It comprises an almost pure mixture of two active ingredients, allowing it to remain in liquid form, unlike the tendency of pure diester to solidify, even at room temperature. The efficiency of Tinuvin 292 significantly prolongs the lifetime of coatings by reducing paint defects such as cracking and loss of gloss. Hydropalat® WE 3220 is a silicone surfactant that improves substrate wetting in aqueous systems. It exhibits excellent wetting properties in aqueous industrial, wood, automotive, and exterior paints and coatings, with a strong reduction of surface tension and no increase in surface slip. It has a minor impact on inter-coat adhesion and recoatability, and it is solvent-free.

Tinuvin® 292 HP is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer developed for color-sensitive coating applications. It is a versatile HALS with superior performance in both water- and solvent-based coatings, extending the usable lifetime of coatings by minimizing loss of gloss and cracking. It demonstrates excellent compatibility with a wide variety of coating systems.

Tinuvin® 479-DW (N) is an aqueous triazine-based UV absorber dispersion designed for applications in coatings, overprint varnishes, adhesives, and sealants. Its function primarily lies in UV absorption. This dispersion appears as a slightly yellowish liquid. Its end uses encompass 2K (2-component) coatings, radiation-curable coatings, varnishes, and waterborne coatings. Notable features include thermal resistance, non-migrating properties, high performance, and excellent photopermanence.

Tinuvin® 5248 is a liquid light stabilizer blend incorporating a triazine-based UV absorber and a basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Formulated to address the high performance and durability needs of exterior solvent-based automotive, industrial, architectural, and decorative coatings, including energy-curable systems (UV, electron beam). Key features and benefits include high thermal stability and photo permanence, containing a basic multipurpose HALS, a UV absorber insensitive to metal ions and amines, preventing the formation of colored complexes, and a synergistic combination providing superior coating protection against gloss reduction, cracking, blistering, delamination, or color change, ensuring comprehensive substrate protection.

Efka® SL 3258 is a solvent-free, 100% active, polyether-modified polysiloxane serving as a non-reactive slip modifier, leveling agent, and substrate wetting agent for printing inks, paints, and coatings. Its chemical nature involves an organo-modified polysiloxane. It is suitable for UV, solvent-borne, and water-borne applications, achieving excellent surface tension reduction in UV systems, leading to an improved gloss level.

Efka® SL 3230 is a versatile solution for various applications in the paints and coatings industry. As a leading CASE ingredient, it functions as a leveling agent and slip agent, ensuring optimal performance. Specifically designed for use in building and construction, wood coatings and finishes, and industrial coatings, Efka® SL 3230 excels in providing a smooth finish and enhanced slip properties. Its advanced technologies make it a reliable choice for the printing and packaging sector, particularly in printing and inks and other printing applications.

Efka® SL 3210 is a slip and leveling agent, a very effective additive to increase substrate wetting, slip, surface smoothness, and gloss. It has good compatibility with a broad range of printing ink systems and is relatively insensitive to pin-holing, even at high dosage. The chemical nature is organically modified polysiloxane.

Efka® SI 2721 serves as a defoamer, demonstrating excellence in the production stage and during application without causing curtain rupture in curtain coatings. Specially developed for UV- or electron-beam-curable systems, its chemical nature involves a solution of defoaming substances. In its physical form, it is a clear, colorless liquid.

Efka® FL 3741 functions as a silicone- and solvent-free flow and leveling agent with excellent air release properties for various reactive resin systems. It modifies the surface tension, eliminating or reducing peeling, and improves flow, dispersion, and floating behavior. Additionally, it prevents air entrapment and optimizes substrate wetting in reactive resin systems.

Efka® PX 4733 is an advanced polymeric dispersant with a core-shell structure. It is a 100% active, liquid dispersant with high pigment loading at low mill base viscosity. Particularly effective in UV-curable and mild-solvent ink-jet systems, it is suitable for use in UV-curable ink systems, including flexographic, lithographic, and screen inks.

Tinuvin® 477 is a liquid, high-performance UV absorber designed for solvent-borne and liquid UV-curable coatings. Formulated with a red-shifted tris-resorcinol-triazine chromophore, it is well-suited for safeguarding UVA-sensitive substrates or ingredients. Key features and benefits include a hydroxyphenyl-triazine UV absorber with high extinction in the UV-A range, excellent photo-permanence, and minimal interaction with metal catalysts and amine crosslinkers.

Efka® SL 3288 is a slip and leveling agent that acts as a very effective slip additive, increasing surface smoothness and providing a 'soft-touch' effect. It improves leveling, scratch- and abrasion resistance, enhances anti-blocking characteristics, has minimal effects on intercoat adhesion and foam stabilization, improves the orientation of metallic pigments and matting agents, and prevents floating and flooding.

FoamStar® ST 2454 is a defoamer highly recommended for systems based on PU-emulsions, amine-neutralized resins, and aqueous 2-pack PU coatings. It is especially efficient in PU emulsions, hybrid systems, and PE solutions, typically without causing a reduction of gloss or transparency. It can be used in clear and top coats.

VISIOMER® BDGMA (butyl diglycol methacrylate) is a monofunctional and label-free methacrylate monomer that contains ether functionality. Dragonsorb® 5151 is a mixture of benzotriazole UVA with HALS light stabilizer. This liquid light stabilizer blend is developed specifically for coatings. Its high thermal stability and permanence make it suitable for coatings exposed to high bake temperatures and/or extreme environmental conditions. Its broad UV absorbance allows effective protection of light-sensitive substrates such as wood and plastics.

Gelest (3-ACRYLOXYPROPYL)TRIMETHOXYSILANE, 96% (SIA0200.0) is a comonomer for free-radical polymerization. This product functions as an adhesion promoter and coupling agent.

AFCONA 2035 is a moderate defoamer that minimizes side effects, prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application, and offers good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by brush and conventional spray methods, and is suitable for systems ranging from low to high polarity.

Lo-Vel® 2018 belongs to PPG's synthetic precipitated silica product line, which reduces the gloss of coatings, varnishes, and other finishes. It offers high flatting efficiency, compatibility with various coating systems, and ease of redispersion. This product line delivers a balance of clarity and flatting for overprint varnish and topcoats. It can be used in solvent- or water-based coatings, high-solids, 100%-solids, and 2K systems, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of applications.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 3239 is an additive designed as a slip and leveling agent that also offers defoaming. It is a very suitable leveling agent for epoxies, and will not stabilize foam, but instead act as an effective defoamer in such systems.

AFCONA 5065 is very effective, offering performance close to that of a high molecular weight dispersant. It is recommended for medium to high polarity systems, such as PU, UPE, UV, NC, heat-cured paints, and acid-cured systems. This product is also widely used in printing inks. However, it is not recommended for air-drying alkyds due to potential incompatibility with these systems.

AFCONA 3585 is a silicone-based leveling, substrate wetting and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. It is an organically modified polysiloxane for aqueous systems. AFCONA 3585 offers very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility performance.
