PanTINT® 73 are pigment dispersions for industrial solvent based epoxy coatings. They consist of industrial quality organic and inorganic pigments finely milled in Bisphenol A carrier resin. The pigments chosen for the PanTINT 73 exhibit color strength, durability, chemical resistance and light fastness. Most are suitable for interior and exterior applications. The epoxy carrier resin along with a proprietary additive package allow for high pigment solids and superior compatibility with a number of epoxy based systems. The 73 series’ will be compatible with a wide range of epoxy resin formulations for industrial, maintenance and architectural coating applications.

MicroDyne™ 105 is a free flowing powdered material that easily disperses in many substrates (e.g., plastic resins, adhesives, sealants, coatings) and can provide significant cost savings while providing the same or improved performance. Its fine particle size provides a smooth surface appearance on finished products and is a “green” material made from end-of-life tires. A free flowing black powder produced from recycled rubber material as defined by ASTM D 5603-01 Grades 1, 2, 3, and 4.

ADMAFINE SO-C5 is used in electronic devices, filler for epoxy molding compound, fillers for printed circuit boards. It is usesd as resin filling materials engineering plastics, filler for paint, filler for precise plastic molding. It is used in ceramics molding products and in anti-blocking materials.

Wetting and dispersing additive, emusifier for universal pastes in solvent borne coating systems, biodegradable. SCHWEGO wett 8085 is preferably used in color mixing, coating systems and pastes. SCHWEGO wett 8085 shows an especially high compatibility in solvent borne short, medium and long oil alkyd resins. ADD-4009 is a multi-purpose high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based coatings. It prevents reflocculation of pigments through steric hindrance and therefore stabilizes the color strength and hue of pigments in paints and pigment concentrates. ADD-2720 is a silicone-free anti-foam that supports the quick de-aeration of thermosetting resin systems so that foam and blister-free self leveling compounds and laminates can be processed. ADD-2720 demonstrates no negative influence on inter-coat adhesion when overcoated. Additionally, it acts as an air release and leveling additive. It is designed for use in coatings, printing inks and composite. If used in conjunction with ADD-5044 or ADD-5066 in pigmented compounds, lower viscosity results can be achieved, thereby aiding the air release properties.

ADD-3777 is a silicone-free additive having high molecular weight and very broad compatibility. It is designed to reduce the surface tension of various resin systems at substrate interface, which will improve substrate wetting and leveling and prevent formation of craters without stabilizing foam. The additive provides “long wave” leveling performance and increases gloss of the coating system and does not cause any inter-coat adhesion problems. It is highly effective in the transportation coatings when combined with the silicone-based additive ADD-3031. ADD-3777 is suitable for coatings and printing inks.

Kanamoll 650 is a vegetable oil-based light colored secondary plasticizer. ESBO is manufactured from soybean oil through the process of epoxidation. It is been used widely as plasticizer because of high numbers of epoxidized carbon-carbon double bonds. The epoxide group is more reactive due to double bonds, thus making it a good hydrochloric acid scavenger and plasticizer.
