DONGRAY® OPE WAX 600A is widely used in pipes, inks, coatings, cable fillings, hot metal products and textile processing industries.

PEW-2011 is water-based wax dispersion with high solid content, especially suitable for high solid content formula, easy to use and stable for storage. With excellent abrasion&scratch resistance, stain resistance, and smooth hand-feeling in water-based inks and coatings. In leather finishing agent, it can provide very good stain resistance and wax feeling.

Marcus Oil and Chemical M200 is a low molecular weight polyethylene wax which comes in in liquid, pastille, flake and powder form for convenience of use.

DONGRAY® PE WAX 300A is widely used in pipes, inks, coatings, cable fillings, hot metal products and textile processing industries.

Adiplast Wax PI - 400 is polyethylene wax used for the formulation of paints.

OE-6103 with very good gloss keeping property, excellent abrasion resistance, especially suitable for water-based coatings and inks.In water-based flexo printing inks, OE-6103 can improve the abrasion resistance of ink layers and keep well of the coating gloss.In water-based coatings, OE-6103 can effectively improve the scratch&abrasion resistance and provide very good slip effect.

Michem® Emulsion 93335 enhances anti-blocking, slip properties and mar resistance and is used most effectively for wood coatings,inks and overprint varnishes.

CERETAN® MF 5710 is spherical, micronized polyolefin wax modified with PTFE.Properties are good abrasion resistance, very good lubricating properties, good temperature stability, good solvent resistance higher PTFE content than CERETAN MXF 9510 D. Applications in Paints and coatings e.g. can- and coil-, wood-, industrial and powder coatings.CERETAN ® micronized waxes are predominantly produced using our highly advanced spraying technology leading to spherical particles. The spherical shape and the particles’ even surface help the dispersing process, reduce wax usage as well as dust formation. We guarantee D99 values to minimize oversized particles in your formulation.

ProHere® L 90008 imparts abrasion resistance and lubricity, while giving a matting effect to the surface of metal coatings.

ProHere® L 90800 provides excellent lubricity, while adding scratch and abrasion resistance to metal coatings. It also has high temperature resistance, giving a matting effect to the surface.

Ultrapoly™ 2300 A is a softer bodied, pumpable version of Ultrapoly 210 A. Ultrapoly 2300 A is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene dispersed in a hard-drying binder. Ultrapoly 2300 A is recommended where abrasion and mar resistance, slip, and pumpability are required. Ultrapoly 2300 A is a 100% non-volatile and fast-setting, protecting the film in the earliest stages of the printing process, while developing exceptional toughness over time. Ultrapoly 2300 A is coatable and may also be used for laser work, when combined with PTFE. For optimum heat resistance, we recommend using 3 parts Ultrapoly 2300 A to 1 part Fluoron™ 735 A (a 50% PTFE concentrate). Recommended usage level is 4 to 6%.

Marcus Oil and Chemical M3500 is a low molecular weight polyethylene wax which comes in in liquid, pastille, flake and powder form for convenience of use.

TRECORA OXIDIZED POLYETHYLENE WAX – OX7 is oxidized High Density Polyethylene Wax used in applications where compatibility with polar systems are required. They can also be used in aqueous systems like wax dispersions used in coating and other industrial applications.

PEW-0615F is micronized PTFE modified HDPE wax, this wax with high hardness, do not smoke under high temperature baking, suitable to be used in powder coating. Be used in powder coatings, it can highly improve the scratch and abrasion resistance with lower addition level.

EMULTROL CM-3278 is a co-polymer wax emulsion based on paraffin and polyethylene wax. The emulsion is based on cationic. EMULTROL CM-3278 serves as the modification of the film properties. This emulsion creates hydrophobic, antiblocking and antifriction as well as good water-resistant properties in the dried surface films. EMULTROL CM-3278 is an optimal additive at the formulations of varnish and color systems, textile-, paper-, leather- and wood varnishes resp. impregnations. EMULTROL CM-3278 is also suitable for the production of polish solvents and polishing pastes.

ProHere® L 90005 imparts lubricity, scratch and abrasion resistance to metal coatings without affecting gloss.

Ultrapoly™ 211 A is a PTFE modified version of Ultrapoly 210 A. Ultrapoly 211 A is a high performance blend of tough, low COF polyethylene/PTFE dispersed in a hard drying binder. Ultrapoly 211 A is recommended where a high degree of slip, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance are required. Ultrapoly 211 A is 100% non-volatile and fast-setting. It protects the film in the earliest stages of the printing process while developing exceptional toughness over time. Ultrapoly 211 A is coatable and may be used for laser work. For optimum heat resistance, we recommend using 3 parts Ultrapoly 211 A to 1 part Fluoron™ 735 A (a 50% PTFE concentrate). Recommended usage level is 3 to 5%.

SCG Chemicals LP1040T is a refined polyethylene homopolymer wax derived from the unique HDPE process by Thai Polyethylene Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. Under the operational excellent along with the high technology (close loop refinery), LP1O40T is guaranteed its high quality for various applications.

Yuron New Material HPE1305 is an anticorrosive paint with fast drying (ships, bridges, tank, etc.),anticorrosion paint, marine paint, flame-retardant paint, road marking paint and Printing ink like heat resistance ink, package printing ink, etc. and adhesives bonding between rubber and metal improving the adhesion ability of chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber.

Michem® Lube 190 - A wax emulsion provides mar, rub, block, and scratch resistance, and improved water resistance in coatings and graphic arts formulations.

Micronized Polyethylene wax

ADVANCENE™ EE-1802-BSB is a part of a Butene LLDPE series designed for the Blown & Cast film process, offering high gloss and excellent draw down. Films made from ADVANCENE™ EE-1802-BSB resin have very good tensile and toughness properties.

KELAILI® PE WAX KL-10 is widely used in pipes, inks, coatings, cable fillings, hot metal products and textile processing industries.

Kelly Chemical NS-5500 is Polyamide with Oxidized polyethylene.

Optirub™ SP1 A is a finely, micronized blend of tough polyethylene wax and premium grade PTFE. Optirub SP1 A is processed to a 6 micron average particle size and formulated to give a high degree of surface lubricity and rub resistance in inks and coatings. Addition levels range from 0.5 to 3%, depending upon application requirements.

Hanwha Solutions LDPE 963 is manufactured by autoclave process and designed for variety of extrusion coating application such as paper and Tarpaulin coating etc. LDPE 963 is well known for its excellent processability and high quality assurance. This product complies with U.S. FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 2.1.

COLLOIDS PE 48/70F is based on polyolefins providing highly cost effective solutions for commodity applications.

PEW-0511 is a polyethylene wax used for water-based and solvent-based systems, and is compatible for water-based and solvent-based ink and coatings. It can provide the coating with good hardness, and excellent abrasion resistance, with the good performances which the wax emulsion can not reach. It has excellent dispersity and can get good matting effect at the same time. It can provide good transparency in solvent-based systems. It has good compatibility for fillers, pigments, metallic pigments, and has the effect of anti-sludging.

ProHere® L 90009 imparts enhanced lubricity, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and torque/tension control to metal coatings.

Dispurez 101 provides outstanding protection because it is technically equipped to stand up to just about anything; it is a high Tg, crystalline waterborne polyurethane dispersion, with excellent chemical resistance. All of which makes it eminently suitable for protective top coats and lacquers on rigid plastics such as uPVC/ABS/PC.

Moretex Chemical Products Mopoly is high density oxidized polyethylene.
