Hydropalat® WE 3220 is a silicone surfactant that improves substrate wetting in aqueous systems. It exhibits excellent wetting properties in aqueous industrial, wood, automotive, and exterior paints and coatings, with a strong reduction of surface tension and no increase in surface slip. It has a minor impact on inter-coat adhesion and recoatability, and it is solvent-free.

Efka® SL 3033 is a highly effective additive that increases slip and surface smoothness. With excellent compatibility properties, it is suitable for use in clear coatings. It improves leveling, scratch and abrasion resistance, prevents floating, enhances anti-blocking characteristics, and prevents cratering.

Efka® SI 2723 acts as a defoamer, developed for the rapid de-aeration of solvent-free polyurethane and epoxy compounds. It yields excellent results in flooring applications, ensuring foam- and blister-free self-leveling coatings. Additionally, it acts as a leveling agent, contributing to a smooth coating surface, all while maintaining a low odor. Its chemical nature consists of a solution of defoaming substances containing silicone.

Efka® SI 2022 is a silicone-based defoamer suitable for both solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It is recommended for two-pack systems based on polyurethane and epoxy resins, especially suited for polyurethane-based curtain coating finishes, and baking enamels based on alkyd resins or saturated polyesters.

Efka® SL 3236 functions as a slip and leveling agent, being an organically modified polysiloxane soluble in various solvents. It improves general surface characteristics and is recommended for non-aqueous coatings like baking enamels, acid-curable or polyurethane wood finishes.

SILRES® HK 46 is a high-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol 4:1. It is commonly used as a binder for high heat-resistant coatings and heat-stable nonstick coatings. SILRES® HK 46 is suitable for various heat-resistant paints and is an excellent choice for (anti-corrosion) coatings on fireplaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, engine parts, boilers, furnaces, ovens and oven inserts, chimneys, barbeques, electric and gas heaters, and incinerators.

SILRES® REN 50 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin available as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol (9:1). It is primarily employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 50 finds extensive use as a binder in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. Furthermore, it exhibits fast drying characteristics, forming a tack-free film at ambient temperature.

SILRES® SY 409 is a solution of methylphenyl group-containing silicone resin that is recommended as a binder for medium- or high-solids heat-resistant paints in combination with other organic resins. It is highly suitable for introducing a compatible silicone component into other binder systems to increase their weathering or heat resistance.

WACKER® L 654 is a solvent-based system that comprises a reactive polydimethylsiloxane and an aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. The curing rate and film flexibility of WACKER® L 654 can be adjusted to meet specific requirements by combining it with the non-reactive WACKER® L 656.

SILRES® WH 101 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It can be applied as-is or as a formulated product to serve as a water-repellent treatment. SILRES WH 101 A improves substrate longevity when applied over wood or many other materials.

WACKER® L 655 is a crosslinking aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. Unlike conventional polydimethylsiloxanes in the WACKER® AK series, WACKER® L 655 demonstrates exceptional affinity to various surfaces. When exposed to atmospheric humidity or reactive polish actives like acid waxes, WACKER® L 655 undergoes crosslinking, resulting in the formation of a stable and insoluble polymer film. This film exhibits outstanding substrate affinity and resistance to detergents.

CHT Group Amine-Functional Silicone Polymers are 100% active, low-volatility, reactive amino silicone polymers that are available with varying viscosities and amine content. These polymers use the polar nature of amino-functional silicones to cure, which results in a durable film that adheres strongly to automobile finishes, chrome, aluminum surfaces, and textiles.

AFCONA 2025 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects that prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems, and is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush.

AFCONA 7201 is recommended for unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. It is a moderately strong defoamer, but is not suitable for unpigmented/clear systems, as it may cause in-can haziness. However, this has a negligible effect on final gloss and will not influence other properties of the system.

AFCONA 2280 is a very effective defoamer and air-releaser for solvent-based and solvent-less systems. AFCONA 2280 is a silicone-based product developed to produce rapid de-aeration for pigmented and mat finish of wood coating in NC, AC and PU. For high gloss and transparent wood coatings, it may cause some in can haziness when the dosage is higher than 0.50% in PU and AC system.

AFCONA 2763 is a moderate defoamer with fewer side effects than traditional products, preventing the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers good defoaming while being compatible with most resin systems, and is recommended for medium viscosity applications applied by spray and brush.

AFCONA 2038 is a highly compatible defoamer that does not cause in-can haziness. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes. This defoamer has excellent compatibility properties, making it especially suitable for use in clear coatings and high gloss coatings. Additionally, it is suitable for use in applications where dry film transparency is essential, such as when applying thick clear coatings by conventional spraying.

AFCONA 2022 is a strong defoamer that is easy to incorporate. This is a silicone-containing version of AFCONA 2020. This product prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. AFCONA 2022 is a particularly compatible defoamer that works during production and application, especially in curtain coating processes.

AFCONA 2036 is a paint additive classified and labeled according to the CLP regulation, which replaces AFCONA 2035 in MIBK with DIBK. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application, and has a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium viscosity applications applied by spray and brush.

AFCONA 2028 is a moderate defoamer that is easy to incorporate. AFCONA 2028 prevents the formation of foam and blisters during the manufacturing and application of solvent-based wood finishes.AFCONA 2028 is particularly suitable as a defoamer for curtain coatings and may also be used during production. When foam causes a problem during packaging, AFCONA 2028 may be added slowly while stirring, which will speed up the bubble-breaking process. For this application, AFCONA 2028 is more user-friendly and easier to handle than AFCONA 2022 because it is less sensitive to crater formation and other well-known defoamer side effects.

AFCONA 2035 is a moderate defoamer that minimizes side effects, prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application, and offers good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by brush and conventional spray methods, and is suitable for systems ranging from low to high polarity.

AFCONA 2040 is a moderate defoamer with minimal side effects that prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It offers a combination of good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by spray and brush, and is particularly suitable for systems ranging from low polarity to high polarity. AFCONA 2035 is recommended for brush and conventional spray applications.

AFCONA 3280 is a special modified polysiloxane that is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, but insoluble in water. It offers slip, defoaming, and improvement of surface characteristics without hurting intercoat adhesion. Additionally, it offers better hot water resistance than other polyether modified polysiloxanes.

AFCONA 2045 is a silicone-based defoamer used to prevent the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application of solvent-based coatings, including polyurethane clear coats. It is effective even in difficult situations such as airless spray, brush, and roller application, and has strong defoaming properties with a very good transparent appearance.

AFCONA 3580 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. AFCONA 3580 is an organically modified polysiloxane with very short chain repeatable units of siloxane. These small molecules allow it to move very quickly to an area of defects. This offers very good anti-crater properties without causing intercoat adhesion problems.

AFCONA 2051 is an effective defoamer with de-aeration properties. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. The product offers a combination of compatibility with good defoaming and de-aeration properties, making it very suitable for clear coat applications.

PEL-SIL™ CE 390 has recoatability and low tendency to foam. It is good compatibility with many resin systems. PEL-SIL™ CL290 is an excellent silicone-based additive for improving slip and mar resistance and reducing friction coefficient for solvent-borne, water-borne, and UV/EB cured coating systems. It can be used for coatings in industrial and auto, wood, and overprint vanishes and inks.

DISPARLON® AQ-7120 is designed as general purpose wetting & leveling agent based on acrylic-silicone polymers and easily dispersed into waterborne systems with excellent recoatability.

DISPARLON® NSH-8430HF is a surface control additive based on specially prepared acrylic/silicone copolymers designed for baking paints such as acrylic/melamine, alkyd/melamine, polyester/melamine and acid/epoxy paint for automotive and appliance applications. This product strongly prevents cratering caused by dirt/stain contamination, and gives excellent wetting over low surface tension coatings such as some of the new high-polarity automotive OEM coatings.

MOUSSEX® S 667 is a silicone based highly efficient air release agent for solvent borne industrial coatings systems, suitable for clear coat and pigmented coatings.

Polyflow KL-100, It provide powerful reduction of surface tension which leads to excellent substrate wetting and leveling. The additive causes no foam stabilization. It doesn't increase surface slip and doesn't impair recoatability.
