This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

METABLEN™ A 3000 is an acrylic-modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) used in vacuum molding, foam molding, blow molding and profiling. ELASTOSIL® R 401/60 KX is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR). Vulcanizates cured with peroxide made from this compound exhibit a unique combination of characteristics. It is noted for its good flexibility, high transparency, and mechanical properties. The compound is easily pigmented with ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT and has good processing characteristics.

Laripur® 9060EG is a PTMG polyether based TPU exhibiting a very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbes attack. The standard version is designed e.g. for injection molding of tags and technical items, while EG one for the extrusion of cable, profile and film.

Laripur® 4760EG is a polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) known for its excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack. The standard version of this TPU is specifically formulated for injection molding applications, making it well-suited for the production of technical items. Additionally, there is another version tailored for extrusion processes, allowing for the manufacturing of hoses, cables, profiles, and films. The outstanding resistance to hydrolysis and microbes enhances the durability and reliability of products manufactured with Laripur® 4760EG.

Laripur® 8860EG is a PTMG polyether based TPU exhibiting a very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbes attack. The standard version is used for the injection of technical items while the EG one is indicated for the extrusion of hose, cable, profile and film. The latter is available also UV stabilized as EUV.

Laripur® 5260EG is a high-quality PTMG polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) known for its excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack. The standard version is specifically designed for injection molding applications such as ski boots and technical items. Additionally, there is another version tailored for extrusion processes, including hoses, cables, profiles, and films.

Laripur® 7560EG is a PTMG polyether based TPU exhibiting a very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbes attack. The standard version is indicated e.g. for the production of seal and technical items while the EG one is proposed for the extrusion of hoses, cables, profiles and film.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60E 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with high viscosity, good weathering resistance, good chemical resistance, good ozone resistance, good hot air resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D50E 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with a black color, high viscosity, and excellent weathering, chemical, ozone, and hot air resistance. It is suitable for pre-drying in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours. It is recommended for use in automotive, building and construction, machinery, electrical and electronic, and furniture applications, and is suitable for extruded parts, blow molded parts, and coextrusion. Typical applications include profiles, seals, sealing lips, conduit, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, air ducts, and 2K components. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D40I 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, and hot air resistance. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes, with melt temperatures of 190-230°C and 200-240°C respectively, and mold temperatures of 10-70°C. Additionally, it has good adhesion to Polypropylene Homopolymer, Polypropylene Copolymer, polyethylene, Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), Thermoplastic Olefin Elastomer, and Thermoplastic Elastomer general. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO D40 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate polymer (PP+EPDM) in black color with polymer recyclate special features, suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.10%. Processing extrusion requires a melt temperature of 190-230°C and an indie temperature of 190-220°C.
