Plenco® 08112 is a general purpose polyester bulk molding compound that is characterized by adding utility to a number of applications. Because of its combination of high heat resistance, good electrical properties and strength. Customers have found this material useful for such applications as iron skirts and other small appliance housings, coil bobbins, and electric motor components such as brush holders. It is available in either bulk or extruded form. Colors are available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

CR 60 B 3 F1 [C5985] general-purpose rubber has an excellent balance of physical and chemical properties that make it suitable in a range of applications. Whilst it may only have a moderate resistance to petroleum-based oil and fuels, CR has a much better chemical, oil, ozone and heat resistance than natural rubber, despite the lower level of physical properties. One major benefit of Neoprene® rubber is that by nature, CR rubber is one of the few self-extinguishing rubbers, which means it is flame resistance. Additionally, its gas permeability is relatively low. For industrial applications, Neoprene® gives excellent rubber-metal bonding and has good levels of rebound resilience. Plenco® 07021 is impact grade phenolic molding compound. Customers have found this material useful for switchgear parts, or where mechanical assembly requires better impact strength. Plenco® 07021 is UL recognized under component file E40654. 07021 is available in black.

Very high heat resistance ABS. ISO shortname: ISO 2580-1 ABS 2-M, MG, 115-08-09-20. Benefits: Increased flow; Super low emission grade; Very high vicat softening point ABS grade suitable for interior and exterior applications; Lower mold deposits in injection molding processing applications; Better dimensional under heat. Chemical Composition: Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymer modified with poly(styrene-co-maleimide) (SMI).

Cimbar BF is a high purity, precipiated natural barium sulfate. Cimbar BF is recommended for use in coatings, especially automotive and industrial primers and topcoats. Additionally, Cimbar BF is often used in high gloss enamels, powder coatings and semi-gloss and gloss latexes.Cimbar BF can be used as a filler in plastics, cosmetics, batteries, and in pharamceutical applications. Cimbar BF is easily dispersable and is often used to impart higher surface gloss, improved hide, improved mar resistance and impact resistance.Cimbar BF also offers excellent sanding resistance, and good scrub resistance to formulations. Cimbar BF is chemically inert and is an excellent choice as a filler in corrosion resistant applications, flame retardant applications, and applications that require excellent weather resistance. Moreover, Cimbar BF exhibits superior thermal stabilty up to 1580 °C. It is therefore recommended for use in heat resistant applications.
