Chengdu Silike Technology SILIMER 5063 is long chain alkyl-modified siloxane masterbatch containing polar functional groups. It is mainly used in BOPP films, CPP films, pipes, pump dispensers and other products compatible with polypropylene. It can significantly improve anti-blocking & smoothness of the film, and the lubrication during processing, can greatly reduce the film surface dynamic and static friction coefficient, make the film surface more smooth. At the same time, SILIMER 5063 has a special structure with good compatibility with the matrix resin, no precipitation, no sticky, and no effect on the transparency of film.

NanoMax® PP-HiST can be processed in common equipment to achieve nanoclay dispersion. No additional compatiblizer is needed in the processing step. For highly filled resin systems, such as Mg(OH)2 filled FR system, we recommend using a twin screw extruder to disperse the masterbatch into the final formulations. For some applications, nanoMax masterbatch products can be dry mixed with the resin in the injection molding stage.

Versitex® VX10 is a cost-effective thermoplastic liner comprised of polypropylene resin reinforced with continuous bi-directional glass fibers to create high impact resistant panels. It resists rot, corrosion, and mildew and is not affected by cleaning related chemicals. Versitex VX Series wall panels provide significant energy absorption over traditional FRP panels and exhibit thermal expansion similar to aluminum. The bi-directional nature of Versitex provides consistent physical properties throughout the entire panel. Versitex is easily repaired by applying low heat.
