VESTAMID® MLT 7840 is an innovative 'low extractable' 5-layer tube designed for automotive fuel handling systems. It features high thermal stability, resistance to oil and fuels, and excellent barrier properties. It is resistant to fuel and finds applications in the automotive and mobility sectors.

VESTAMID® MLT 8EV is a proven 3-layer system designed for thermal management systems in the automotive industry. It is particularly suited for battery electric vehicles (BEVs), where thermal management of the battery, E-motor, or power electronics is crucial. The VESTAMID® MLT 8EV offers a cost-effective composition for cooling line applications, meeting the specific requirements of BEVs.

VESTAMID® MLT 8000 is a proven 3-layer system for thermal management systems in the automotive industry. It consists of an outer layer of VESTAMID® polyamide 12 and a special polypropylene inner layer. The product offers high hydrolysis resistance against coolant liquids and urea solutions, good cold impact performance, and significant weight savings compared to less innovative concepts such as metal or rubber hoses.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 9085 is a polyetherimide blend that is specifically formulated for use in aerospace cabin interiors, as well as in rail applications and for FDM printing. It complies with aerospace FAR25.853 and OSU55/55 heat release requirements and has been approved by major aerospace OEMs. With a rail EN45545 R6-HL3 rating, this material offers excellent flow, stiffness, and ductility balance, allowing for thin-walled, lightweight designs. ULTEM™ Resin 9085 is opaque and can be custom colored to meet specific design requirements. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC’s NORYL NHP8000VT3 resin delivers thin-wall, non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardance and achieves one of the highest comparative tracking index level (CTI PLC0). Potential applications include insulation film for higher-voltage EV batteries. This resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS)that can provide outstanding heat resistance, ultra-thin-wall flame retardancy, and superior tracking resistance performance. NORYL NHP8000VT3 Resin may be evaluated in extrusion and injection molding processes. It contains a non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardant, ensuring adherence to many safety standards while avoiding specific halogens. NORYL NHP8000VT3 Resin has:  -   A Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) of PLC 0 (600V)  -   A UL94 flame rating of V0 at 0.25mm thickness It leverages an extraordinary technology that provides: -   High impact strength -   Heat resistance -   Dimensional stability -   Hydrolytic stability -   Electrical performance -   Low moisture absorption -   Low specific gravity. SABIC’s NORYL NHP8000VT3 resin won a bronze 2023 Edison Award in the Enhanced Performance category.

Aegis® H100NP resin is a medium-viscosity nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for cast or blown film. It offers a combination of strength, toughness and thermoforming properties as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H100ZP is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for cast or blown film applications. The resin product complies with all food contact regulations. Aegis® H100ZP homopolymer combines strength, toughness and thermoforming properties with excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

EcoPaXX® Q20HG60 is a black, unidirectional tape that offers 60% continuous glass fiber reinforcement and is heat stabilized. It can be processed using lamination, thermoforming, and winding techniques. Similar to EcoPaXX® Q20HC60, this product is also bio-based and can be measured using 14C. It is used in applications such as coolant expansion tanks, wheel housing parts, flooring, and door panels.

Extreme Plus HG™ sheet are both high performance thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) structures. With a wide processing range, they are specifically engineered for easy, consistent and stable thermoforming. Extreme Plus HG is our high gloss sheet, while Extreme Plus LG offers the same performance properties with the option of a lower gloss finish. These tough, high impact TPO sheets provide excellent cold crack resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. A high or low gloss, molded-in-color surface can be achieved on many applications where harsh weather, chemicals, heavy vibration or heat stresses are factors.

Formalloy™ is available in both low- and high-gloss surface finishes.

EXTINITY® 0201-125 is a highly filled flame retardant concentrate that is designed to meet a variety of film flame retardant specifications including; MVSS-302, NFPA-701 Small Scale Test and UL-94 VTM-0 flame standards.EXTINITY® 0201-125 can be used in a variety of polyolefin base resin systems including LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and mixtures of PE. EXTINITY® 0201-125 contains a flame-retardant package that is very thermally stable, UV stable and does not bloom. The brominated fire retardant in 0201-125 is RoHS compliant.

Formalloy™ is a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) ideally suited for large part thermoforming applications that are subject to moving vibrations. Formalloy™ delivers a balanced range of properties designed for durability, impact strength, heat range and low thermal expansion. Formalloy™ is a weatherable UV-stable, sheet grade with superior color retention when compared to gelcoat fiberglass protective surfaces. Formalloy™ is available in both low- and high-gloss surface finishes.

Korad® flat black acrylic film with highly weatherable pigments used to protect and extend the life of extruded sheet in interior and exterior applications. Korad® film is easily embossed and deep-draw thermoformed for custom applications and provides excellent color uniformity and retention throughout the life of the product.

THERMODET® DESIGN FILM/ABS sheets are made up of ABS, laminated with a mat or glossy decorative foil for various applications. Different appealing designs are available on request – e.g. carbon, alu brushed or wooden design - optionally with a smooth or an embossed surface. In addition to the appealing visual appearance these sheets offer a good UV-resistance and excellent thermoforming properties.

Teldene® H03BPMP is used as is used as extrusion BOPP films at very high speed with excellent processability, thermoforming, raffia and automotive compounding.

Bio-Flex® S 5630 by FKuR is comprised of Copolyester Resin and Polylactic Acid. It is commonly used It is available in Granules form.

HIPS2.63.6 is a super high impact polystyrene designed specifically for sheet extrusion and thermoforming.

ATECH® 3000 is a series of sheets based on ABS which is a raw material with very high impact-strength. ABS also has impressive thermal qualities and is easy to thermoform and fabricate. ATECH® 3000 is a super high impact ABS with a semigloss surface that thermoforms quickly and effectively.

Poly Chem Alloy FlexPlast 5004K is a plastic material that combines the processing advantages of a thermoplastic with the properties and performance of a rubber-like material. The product is a soft, flexible, highly elastic material that can be custom formulated to perform in a variety of processes, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming. These lower modulus, flexible materials can typically be stretched repeatedly, only to return to their original shape when relaxed. When heated, FlexPlast will soften until it flows, making it suitable for formation into complex shapes using standard thermoplastic processing equipment.

Boltaron® 9250/9250C Are Proprietary, Thin Gage Thermoplastic Sheet Products That Combine Maximum Light-Blocking Characteristics With High Temperature Resistance For Aircraft Window Shades. 9250 is a Single Color Sheet, And 9250C Features A Double Color Construction. They Offer Durability And Uniform Thermoforming Characteristics, And Resist Abrasion, Stains And Many Chemicals. Both Also Meet Stringent Far Flammability Criteria.

Osterman & Company Inc. Osterlene® HD035-GP is designed for applications requiring excellent stiffness and stress crack resistant properties. It may be used as a sheet extrusion thermoforming resin or a general purpose blow molding resin.Suggested uses would include bottles and containers for bleach and detergents, personal care products and pharmaceutical packaging.HD035-GP meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, 21 CFR Section 177.1520. This regulation allows the use of this olefin polymer in "...articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food." Specific limitations may apply. Polychim Industrie (Beaulieu International Group) HA31XTF Polypropylene Homopolymer is a nucleated homopolymer with good antistatic properties.

DN Plastics DN-Flex 6212B12 is used in cup holders, tray liners, gaskets and seals, bellows, air bag covers, etc.

PP Stabilized Copolymer Black 20% Talc filled - Flame Retardant

SABIN ENGINEERING AAA ABS have good impact strength, formability and high rigidity. The sheets are also resistant to environmental stress cracking and chemicals. They are available in two main grades: engineering grade ABS sheet and vacuum-forming grade ABS sheet.

Boltaron® 4050 is a high impact, high corrosion resistant, type II PVC sheet with an industrial smooth finish on both sides. Boltaron® 4050 is suitable for thermoforming and conforms to astm d-1784.

Moplen EP300K is a low fluidity heterophasic copolymer manufactured by PMC under the license of Lyondellbasell using Spheripol process. Moplen EP300K is suitable for injection molding applications. The product exhibits very high impact even at low temperature combined with a good stiffness. Moplen EP300K is typically used in housewares and crates. Moplen EP300K meets the FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for food contact.
