MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® POM 770/1 PTFE20 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer filled with 20% PTFE, which improves sliding and wear properties. It is used for automotive and machinery applications, such as gear wheels, roller bearings, functional components, bearings and sliding elements. The recommended melt temperature for injection molding is 180-220°C and the mold temperature should be 60-120°C. Additionally, the product should be stored in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® WP POM 5020 TF 18029 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer containing 20% PTFE/Aramid, with improved sliding/wear features. It is suitable for functional components, bearings, and sliding elements in the Automotive and Machinery markets. For processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 190-230°C and a mold temperature of 60-120°C should be used.

It should be pre-dried in a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 100-110°C for 2-3 hours or an air circulating dryer at 100-110°C for 3-5 hours depending on moisture content.

Processing for injection molding is at a melt temperature of 190-230°C and a mold temperature of 60-120°C.
