VISIOMER® BDGMA (butyl diglycol methacrylate) is a monofunctional and label-free methacrylate monomer that contains ether functionality. It possesses a very low glass transition temperature (Tg), making it an excellent plasticizing monomer. This compound is utilized in the formulation of polymers, copolymers, and light-curing systems. SHIKOH™ UT-7792 is a bio-based urethane acrylate oligomer. (Development product) Its biomass degree is 71% while its mechanical properties are the same as a non-biomass grade UV-3300B, with higher elongation and very soft rubbery elasticity suitable for using UV-curable adhesives for electronics devices. SYNTHOLUX 197 PE is an aadiation-curing, low-viscosity polyester acrylate resin that is solvent-free. It is used in UV- and electron beam-curing primers and top coats for wood, paper, plastics, and printing inks. It has applications in construction adhesives, industrial adhesives and sealants, wood coatings, and finishes.

Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

Optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica microspheres specially engineered for optimum dispersion in paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These microspheres increase corrosion and impact resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including mar and scratch resistance. Ideally suited for specialty applications where mechanical and rheological properties are required. Median particle size of 3 to 4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 92% passing 22 microns.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

Designer Molecules BMI-1700 is an amorphous, low molecular weight bismaleimide oligomer that exhibits good adhesion to a variety of substrates. It can be homo-cured via UV or free radical initiators to form tough, hydrophobic, cross-linked polyimides. The material has excellent low pH hydrolytic resistance and thermal stability. The amorphous nature of this imide-extended BMI allows it to form room-temperature-stable solutions in a variety of free radical reactive diluents. It is soluble in most aromatic and aliphatic solvents such as toluene, xylene, NMP, etc.

PHOTOMER® 5006 is a low viscosity, amine synergist with medium amine content. A co-polymerizable tertiary amine PHOTOMER® 5006 is used as a highly efficient co-initiator. In combination with UV acrylates it accelerates the cure of UV systems.

Addison Clear Wave Coatings AC A109-PLV is a UV curable low modulus acylate adhesive obtained by radical polymerization. It is a one component resin ready for use, solvent free adhesive.

Esacure KIP 75 LT is a liquid mixture of Esacure KIP 150 (75%) and Tripropyleneglycoldiacrylate(25%). It is an oligomeric polyfunctional α-hydroxyketone characterized by high reactivity and non-yellowing properties. It is particularly recommended when low odor is a required characteristic.

PHOTOMER® 4703 is a proprietary UV/EB curable monoacrylate with low viscosity. It is designed for use in laminating adhesives, etch-resist inks for printed circuit boards, negative photoresists and OPV's for paper and films.

MM-304 is a liquid mono-functional methacrylate monomer. It has similar properties as Isobornyl Methacrylate (IBOMA) when polymerized but with lower weight loss on cure. It has a mild, pleasant odor. MM-304 has good resistance to hydrolysis.

PHOTOMER® 6009 is a proprietary, non yellowing, aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer of low viscosity eliminates the need to melt out the oligomer prior to use. PHOTOMER® 6009 is an excellent film former and it exhibits excellent light stability and outstanding haze, scratch and abrasion resistance.

Omnirad BDK is a highly efficient, type I photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light. It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.

Omnirad MBF is a highly efficient, liquid, Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It forms free radicals through an intramolecular hydrogen abstraction process. The use of amines is not recommended as this may lead to efficiency decrease, stability upon storage issues or stronger odor. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents

CoatOSil™ 7608 trisiloxane coatings additive into water-borne coatings and inks can help with smooth and efficient spreading, even on hard-to-wet surfaces . CoatOSil™ 7608 coatings can help generate low surface tension, even when used in low dosages, as well as promote a glossy finish and reduce surface defects in the cured coating.

Omnirad 819 is a versatile photoinitiator for radical polymerization of unsaturated resins upon UV light exposure. It is especially suitable for white pigmented Formulations, the curing of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester/styrene systems and for clear coats for outdoor use in combinations with light stabilizers. Thick section curing is also possible with this photoinitiator.

CoatOSil™ 7001 copolymer is an additive for improved flow and leveling of solventborne two-component acrylic-polyol isocyanate cured coatings. When CoatOSil™ 7001 copolymer is incorporated as a flow and leveling additive, the appearance and distinctness of image (DOI) of the clearcoat is typically excellent, compared to current commercial additives used in the fomulations discussed.

CoatOSil™ 77 coatings additive. It generally promotes a uniform finish and its air-release capacity can help to minimize defect formation. In addition, it can enable formulations to generate exceptionally low surface tensions - even when used in low dosages.

Omnirad 2100 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light such as those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates and unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive thinners. It is well suitable for formulations in which Omnirad TPO is used. Omnirad 2100 provides all the handling advantages of a liquid product. In thicker coatings Omnirad 2100 offers improved bottom curing compared with that of Omnirad TPO. It is especially suitable for white-pigmented formulations with minimal yellowing after curing and for coatings with low pigment volume concentration. Therefore Omnirad 2100 can be offered in almost all applications as a one-to-one replacement for Omnirad TPO with certain advantages.

Omnirad BCIM is a versatile highly effective photoinitiator for UV polymerisation of mono- or multifunctional (acrylate-) monomers.

Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

Silquest™ A-1110 silane, a primary amino silane, is a candidate for use as an adhesion promoter in silane modified urethane (SPUR* prepolymer), filled silicone, epoxy and 2 part urethane adhesives and sealants.

It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required. Esacure KIP 100F is a liquid mixture of Esacure KIP 150 (70% ) and Omnirad 1173 (30%) and is particularly recommended for high reactivity, low odor and color stability.

Omnirad 907 is a highly efficient photoinitiator which is used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated prepolymers, e.g., acrylates, in combination with mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers.

Omnirad 81 is a eutectic photoinitiator blend of benzophenone and 4-Methylbenzophenone. Omnirad 81 is liquid at room temperature and has excellent solubility characteristics. The high photochemical efficiency of omnirad 81 makes it an ideal photo-catalyst for UV initiated formulations

Omnirad 4265 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator blend, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. Omnirad 4265 is easily incorporated into waterborne formulations.

Omnirad 4PBZ is an effective Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates after exposure to UV light.
