HDK® H2000 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H2000 is primarily used as a reinforcing filler in silicone-elastomers, enhancing their properties. Furthermore, it serves as a free flow additive in the production of technical powders and finds application as an additive in antifoam agents.

FloraRez® 785 is a glycerol ester derived from highly hydrogenated gum rosin. This thermoplastic resin exhibits a very pale color and demonstrates remarkable resistance to oxidation and color degradation. It serves as a valuable tackifying resin component in diverse applications such as adhesives, inks, coatings, and personal care formulations, particularly in scenarios where oxidative stability is essential.

FloraRez® DR115 polymerized rosin is produced by the partial dimerization of gum rosin. This catalytic polymerization process results in an elevated softening point while maintaining the acid functionality of rosin. This resin is pale, thermoplastic, crystallization-resistant, and less prone to oxidation than unmodified rosin. The high acid functionality promotes specific adhesion to a variety of substrates.

FloraRez® DR95 is a polymerized rosin that is produced through the partial dimerization of gum rosin using a catalytic process. This results in a resin with an elevated softening point while still maintaining the acid functionality of rosin. FloraRez® DR95 is pale, thermoplastic, crystallization-resistant, and less prone to oxidation compared to unmodified rosin. Its high acid functionality promotes specific adhesion to various substrates.

FloraRez® G85 is the glycerol ester of gum rosin, which is also known as ester gum. It is a pale-colored thermoplastic resin that has a low odor and low acid number. FloraRez® G85 is commonly used as a resin component in various adhesives, inks, coatings, and personal care compositions.

FloraRez® DR140 is a polymerized rosin that is produced through the partial dimerization of gum rosin using a catalytic process. This results in a resin with a high dimeric acid content and a very high softening point, while still maintaining the acid functionality of rosin. FloraRez® DR140 is pale, thermoplastic, crystallization-resistant, and less prone to oxidation compared to unmodified rosin. Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-23S is a high total solids solution of a polyurethane release agent in a recoverable solvent. It offers significant improvements over other release agents, such as PVODC.

The ore is treated with sulfuric acid in what is called an intercalation process. The material is washed and neutralized to prevent corrosion of metal parts when processed by the user. Excessive shear should be avoided.

SYLVALITE RE 100S rosin ester is a stabilized pentaerythritol ester of Tall Oil Rosin. SYLVALITE RE 1005 exhibits low color and good color stability. This resin is compatible with a broad range of polymers, which enables formulation flexibility in various hot melt and solvent based adhesive applications.

SYLVATAC RE 85 rosin ester is a stabilized glycerol ester of Tall Oil Rosin. The thermal stability and polymer compatibility of this resin make it useful in a wide variety of adhesives. The low Tg of SYLVATAC RE 85 rosin ester enables adhesive performance at lower temperatures.

SYLVALITE RE 105XL rosin ester is very light colored and stable with moderately high softening point. This resin is compatible with a broad range of polymers, which enables formulation flexibility in various hot melt and solvent based adhesive applications. Adhesives formulated with SYLVALITE RE 105XL resin achieve the lightest color among the rosin ester product range.

SYLVALITE RE 88F rosin ester is a very light and stable glycerol ester with a medium softening point. This resin is compatible with a broad range of polymers, which enables formulation flexibility in various hot melt and solvent based adhesive applications. This rosin ester is especially suitable for pressure sensitive adhesive tapes and labels application. The low Tg of SYLVALITE RE 88F rosin ester provides enhanced performance at lower temperatures.

RELEASE G 100 H is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It can also be used with hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The product is silicone-free.

RELEASE PP 25 DILUITO is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution.

COLOR PASTE W AVANA 5 (brown) is a water borne dispersion of inorganic pigments.

Yuron New Material Chlorinated Rubber(CR)-90 can be used as an adhesive to bind many kinds of rubber (NR，IR，IIR, SBR, EPDM, CR, NBR ,CM) with metals (steel, brass, aluminum). The most popular products for such applications are YURON CR-130 and YURON CR-170 which are available in various viscosity grades which are free from carbon tetrachloride (CTC).

Silquest™ A-189 silane chemically bonds reinforcing minerals such as silica, clay, mica and talc to the polymer matrix. This silane is especially useful in sulfur-cured and metal oxide-cured elastomers. It can be used as a pretreatment on minerals or added at the time of compounding.Improvement in mineral-filled elastomer properties, including modulus, tensile and tear strength, heat buildup, abrasion resistance, resilience, compression set and cure time may be achieved with Silquest™ A-189 silane (gamma-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane).

Release KB 100 H DIL. 2,5 is a polyvinylcarbamate in toluene solution.

RELEASE K 20 DL is a release agent dissolved in toluene.

SYLVALITE RE 110L rosin ester is a light-colored, high softening point, pentaerythritol ester of tall oil rosin, which has been formulated to provide excellent heat and aging stability. When compounded in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives it provides excellent color stability when compared with other tackifiers of its type.

RELEASE HT 100 is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives. RELEASE HT 100 is produced by a particular polimerization tecnique that avoids heavy metals catalysts. The product does not contain silicone compounds.

RELEASE KB 100 is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The product is silicone free.

RELEASE PP 25 K DIL.2,5 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution.

SYLVALITE RE 85GB rosin ester is an ester of stabilized Tall Oil Rosin. This light colored product has been formulated to provide excellent heat and aging stability. When compounded in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives, it provides excellent color stability when compared with other tackifiers of its type.

PRINTABLE RELEASE COAT FOR DOUBLE CORONA TREATED POLYOLEPHYNIC SOLVENT RUBBER ADHESIVE TAPES RELEASE ST10 DIL. 10 TA is a solution of synthetic resins in a blend of toluene and isopropyl alcohol.

Guangxi Zhongchang Resin RA100 resin series are made from modified rosin with special process. Provide excellent dissolvability in low carbon alcohol, light color aging resistance and light resistance. Widely used in alcohol soluble and water soluble precoated adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, plastic printing ink and electronic flux.

Petroleum Resin C9-100 is Used in Adhesives, HMAS, Synthetic Rubber.

BayGranite™ is an inorganic hydrated alumina designed for use in polymer systems as a flame retardant and smoke supressive additive. BayGranite® 17 is more accurately designated chemically as aluminum trihydroxide, Al(OH)3, and is produced through processing of alumina-bearing feedstocks. Although BayGranite® 17 is a dry powder, when heated above approximately 220°C it decomposes into approximately 35% water and 65% alumina by weight. BayGranite®17 is a nonabrasive, low density material with a Mohs hardness index of 2.5 - 3.5 and a specific gravity of 2.42. Almatis BayGranite®17 ATH is compatible with polymer systems, and is designed for applications that require low-soda ATH products.
