Omnicat 320 is a colorless liquid photoinitiator of mixed triarylsulfonium hexafluoroantimonate salts in propylene carbonate. Omnicat 320 has been designed for the cationic curing of inks and coatings based on epoxy, oxetane, and vinyl ether formulations. Omnicat 320 exhibits high cure-speed, low odor, and excellent post cure.

Bisomer® S20W is an aqueous solution of a long chain methacrylate monoester based on a polyethylene glycol backbone.

Trilene® CP-1100 FF is a Free-Flowing Ethylene-Propylene Low Moleculis ar Weight Polymer on Silicon Dioxide Trilene FreeFlow CP1100 is a free-flowing polymer made by combining Trilene liquid polymer and silica. The blend is nominally 68% ethylene-propylene copolymer and 32% silica. It is available as a dry, free-flowing powder that is easy to measure, store, and transfer. It incorporates quickly and thoroughly into various elastomer systems, and gives quality and processing advantages when compared to neat polymer. Trilene FreeFlow CP1100 is effective in EPDM, BR, NR, SBR and other elastomers.

MM-290 is a liquid mono-functional acrylate monomer. It has similar properties as Isobornyl Acrylate (IBOA) when polymerized but with lower weight loss on cure. It has a mild, pleasant odor. MM-290 has good resistance to hydrolysis.

Spectra Group Limited H-Nu 780 can cure a wide range of acrylate resins via free-radical mechanism. It is a commercial photoinitiator with a broad absorbance range of 650 nm to 810 nm (λmax = 791nm in DMSO).

Deuteron UV 1250 may be used as a UV initiator for all binders that can be cationically polymerized, particularly epoxides used in the printing ink sector. Alkaline additives should be avoided because they impair the effectiveness of Deuteron UV 1250.Deuteron UV 1250 enables the cationic polymerization of special binder systems through a starting reaction. Deuteron UV 1250 is soluble in these binder systems including common solvents and reactive diluents. back

It is typically used when color is not important in the applications.

Bisomer® PEM63P HD is a hydroxyl functional methacrylate monomer.

PHOTOMER® 4094 (GPTA) is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent reactivity. Designed for UV/EB curable systems, it produces films of high crosslink density which are more flexible than those of first generation monomers such as TMPTA without sacrificing cure speed.

Trilene® CP-1100 is a low molecular weight ethylene-propylene liquid copolymer, randomly polymerized to produce a liquid elastomer with a stable, saturated hydrocarbon backbone. It has thermal and oxidation stability under normal conditions. Trilene® CP-1100 can be used as a high viscosity thickener for a wide range of lubricant products providing good shear stability and low temperature characteristics.

PL-7013 has a relatively low viscosity but upon curing exhibits high conversion and low shrinkage. It exhibits excellent flexibility once cured. PL-7013 is very low color.

Bisomer® TEGDMA (Triethyleneglycol Dimethacrylate).

Omnirad MBF is a highly efficient, liquid, Type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers e.g. acrylates, after exposure to UV light. It forms free radicals through an intramolecular hydrogen abstraction process. The use of amines is not recommended as this may lead to efficiency decrease, stability upon storage issues or stronger odor. It can be used in combination with mono or multi functional monomers as reactive diluents

PL-7002 is a tetrafunctional polymethacrylate. This increased functionality results in faster cure speeds due to increased cross-linking capacity. Upon curing, PL-7002 exhibits very high Shore D hardness values. PL-7002 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add strength.

Bisomer® MPEG550MA is a long chain methacrylate monoester based on an ethylene oxide backbone.

Kanamoll 650 is a vegetable oil-based light colored secondary plasticizer. ESBO is manufactured from soybean oil through the process of epoxidation. It is been used widely as plasticizer because of high numbers of epoxidized carbon-carbon double bonds. The epoxide group is more reactive due to double bonds, thus making it a good hydrochloric acid scavenger and plasticizer.

JRCure-1113 is white crystalline powder in appearance.

PL-7110 is a low color urethane that is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Upon cure, PL-7110 creates a tough polymer with percent elongation near 60%. PL-7110 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add toughness.

PHOTOMER® 6009 is a proprietary, non yellowing, aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer of low viscosity eliminates the need to melt out the oligomer prior to use. PHOTOMER® 6009 is an excellent film former and it exhibits excellent light stability and outstanding haze, scratch and abrasion resistance.

AKTIFIT VM is a SILFIT Z 91 coated with vinyl functional silane.

Designer Molecules U-835 is a urethane resin functionalized with an acrylate and a methacrylate. This low viscosity urethane makes it an ideal candidate for a base resin in an adhesive formulation. The urethane linkages help to form a very tough cross-linked film with excellent adhesion on a variety of substrates including metal, polyimide, silicon, and ceramic. The acrylate/methacrylates curable ends make it ideal for both thermal cure via peroxides or UV cure through photo initiators.
