ELASTOSIL® M silicone rubber has been the ideal solution for the production of molds that are highly elastic and have excellent release properties and optimum durability. These invaluable processing properties make ELASTOSIL® M indispensable, to both industrial and artisan mold makers.

ELASTOSIL® M

SILFAR® is the name of WACKER’s range of silicone-based products specifically intended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for use in fermentation and other biotech processes. SILFAR® products feature outstanding chemical resistance. They are not resorbed in the digestive tract, and are therefore not metabolized. They are colorless and odorless.

WACKER’s CAVAQ10® is a highly bioavailable coenzyme Q10 powder. This fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance is a known antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 has been associated with improved cardiovascular health and supporting optimum fuctioning of the cardiac muscle. However, many commercial products do not offer adequate bioavailability. WACKER’s cyclodextrin-encapsulated CAVAQ10® powder, by contrast, has an 18-fold higher bioavailability compared to other CoQ10 products.

BELSIL® is an extensive range of premium-grade silicones intended specifically for personal care applications, and more especially for hair care, skin care, color cosmetics, and deodorants. BELSIL® products are developed and manufactured in the highest quality and with utmost care, ensuring that the formulations are highly efficient and reliable. With BELSIL®, you can tailor your hair-care or skin-care formulations or color cosmetics to obtain end products that are not only competitive but also meet the needs of the market.

CAVACURMIN® is a highly bioavailable curcumin complex that is around 40 times more efficiently absorbed than standard turmeric extract. The complexation with the naturally occurring oligasaccharide gamma-cyclodextrin results in a free-flowing, easily dispersible powder.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3242 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically designed for various applications such as construction, glass and window building, and industrial use. This one-component, neutral-curing sealant offers outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter undergoes curing and transforms into a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

VINNAPAS® EF 539 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. It was specifically formulated as an environmentally friendly binder for intermediate-grade caulk formulations. The manufacturing process excludes the use of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs), ensuring a reduced environmental impact. No formaldehyde or formaldehyde donors are intentionally added to this product. Furthermore, VINNAPAS® EF 539 has a low glass transition temperature (Tg), which contributes to its desirable performance characteristics.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste FL Green Translucent 556 C is a ready-to-use masterbatch that contains specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers. It is commonly used for producing ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This color paste enables homogeneous covulcanization without significantly affecting the physical properties, such as hardness, and without the risk of migration often seen in systems based on silicone oil.

WACKER® Catalyst AL-T is a mixture of organotitanium compounds with alcoxysilane. It is a yellowish to reddish, clear liquid with a characteristic smell. However, it is sensitive to hydrolysis. WACKER® Catalyst AL-T is specifically utilized as a raw material in the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

BELSIL® DM 0.65 is a colorless and clear fluid with low viscosity and high volatility. It is a non-polar substance that is insoluble in water but can easily mix with alcohols, esters, and other solvents commonly used in cosmetics. Thanks to its low heat of vaporization, when applied to the skin, BELSIL® DM 0.65 evaporates without causing a cooling or stinging sensation. Furthermore, it evaporates quickly and leaves no residue behind.

BELSIL® RG 100 is an elastomer gel composed of an organosiloxane polymer dispersed in cyclopentasiloxane. This semitransparent gel serves as a thickener in formulations, ensuring smooth applications. When subjected to shear stress, BELSIL® RG 100 thins, making it easy to incorporate cosmetic ingredients such as pigments. It is effortless to distribute on the skin and provides a pleasant, non-greasy, silky skin feel. As the volatile silicones evaporate, a non-tacky film is left behind, enhancing the water resistance of formulations.

WACKER® APF 130 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. This versatile fluid finds widespread application as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. It also demonstrates excellent performance as a dielectric in capacitors and transformers and serves as a reliable base fluid in heat-resistant lubricants.

Wacker Chemie Acetylacetone (ACAC) is a clear, colorless liquid with a pleasant, ketone-like odor. It serves as a building block for various heterocycles, including isoxazoles, pyrazoles, pyrimidines, and pyridines. Additionally, it is used as a building block in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals such as sulfamethazine and nicarbazine.

WACKER® Plasticizer 1000 LV

WACKER® Fluid NH 130 D is a highly pure, difunctional silicone fluid with a 3-aminopropyl termination. It is a polymerizing substance that can be used as a raw material or additive for the synthesis of copolymers through polyaddition or polycondensation reactions.

WACKER® E2015 is a 60% silicone emulsion that has been designed for use in polish applications for vinyl and rubber surfaces. It can be easily formulated into a vinyl protectant or tire dressing formulation by the simple addition of water and preservative as needed. WACKER® E2015 will form a durable, shiny, water-repellent film that is resistant to water and detergent washings. This product has been especially designed to exhibit good shine and durability under wet weather conditions and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

WACKER® E210 is a specially formulated emulsion of an organofunctional silicone blend developed for release in molding operations. WACKER® E210 offers cost savings to the end user by providing more effective performance at lower usage levels, decreasing the number of rejected parts, or enhancing the life of the end product.

It is primarily designed for use in applications for mold release, furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 100 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care,and other specialty product applications. The E35 Series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® E35 350 is a 35% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily designed for use in applications for furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 350 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® E60 1000 is a 60% emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane fluid using a nonionic surfactant system. This product has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, furniture polish, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.

WACKER® F756 is a specially formulated aminofunctional dimethylpolysiloxane fluid that is specifically used to enhance the detergent and corrosion resistance properties of automobile polishes. It can be used alone or in combination with other products such as F784 aminofunctional silicone fluid and standard polydimethylsiloxanes (AK fluids) to achieve excellent results.
