UFA (Union of Agricultural Federations) was created in 1958 to bring the various agricultural cooperatives under the same banner. From 1965, the production of milks, mineral compounds and specialties was centralized on the UFAG site in Sursee. Compound feeds were manufactured individually in each agricultural cooperative until 1989. From 1989, these small cooperatives were successively united and rationalized under the entity Orador SA. In 1998, the companies Orador SA in Herzogenbuchsee and UFAG in Sursee merged and UFA SA was born. Since then, many rationalization steps have been carried out, in order to offer animal owners even more advantageous products and more targeted services. An important step was the inauguration of the factory in Biblis at the beginning of 2003.

UFA SA FMU 503 supplementary feed contains all the nutrients, mineral salts and trace elements that are lacking in grains. For a balanced diet, the food UFA 503 must be supplemented with grains. UFA SA UFA 766 EXTRA is the combined feed can be used as a performance feed with balanced rations. The performance during the production phase can thus be improved. Especially during the last weeks of gestation. A high concentration of nutrients is particularly important in the last weeks of gestation because the intake decreases by up to 20% during this time.
