The Milky Whey Instant Whey Protein Isolate with Sunflower Lecithin is a highly functional whey protein isolate derived from sweet dairy whey manufactured by microfiltration. It has a pH value of 5.5 - 7.0 and contains at least 90% dry protein, 6.5% moisture, and 1.5% fat.

The Milky Whey Milk Protein Concentrate 80% is produced via a filtration process that isolates native milk proteins in a highly concentrated form. The Milky Whey’s milk concentrate is a great product to develop and/or support commercial products. It is used for a variety of applications such as nutritional drinks, nutritional products, weight loss products, dietary products, baby formulas, yogurts, cheeses, protein bars, frozen desserts, and other food and drink products.

The Milky Whey Organic Low Heat Nonfat Dry Milk is obtained by removing most of the milk fat using the centrifugation process. The resulting skim milk is pasteurized, concentrated by evaporation, and spray-dried. It only contains a maximum of 1.25% milk fat and 4.5% moisture.
