Pre-Heating
The material is supplied in airtight 3 layer Paper +PE + Aluminum foil liner bags, it is recommended for hot air drying at 70 °C for 4 to 6 Hrs ensuring maximum water content as 0.2 %.Commanly ABS is absrobent and absorbs moisture in proportion to inviornmental humidity .The absorbing process of moisture is reversibleprocess.Therefore wetted palleted can be removed moisture to enviormental air with lower humidity.- Post Molding Recommendations
Molded components should be conditioned in water at a min of 95 deg C until they absorb 0.8-1.2 % of water above their original weight.
