WIC PA6 30 BK is a polyamide 6 base polymer with 30% carbon fiber filler and black coloring. It has a medium viscosity and is heat aging stabilized. It is suitable for use in the automotive and sport markets. Processing conditions involve injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C. Under certain conditions, the increased thermal conductivity must be taken into account.
