1 of 54 products in this brand
WIC PA6 12 GF 18 BK is a base polymer of Polyamide 6 filled with 12% carbon fiber and 18% glass fiber, colored black, and designed for medium viscosity, heat aging stabilization, and electrical conductivity, mainly used in the automotive and industries markets. Pre-drying conditions should be at 80°C in a dry-air dryer for 2-8h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.12%. Processing conditions should involve injection molding with melt temperatures of 250-270°C and mold temperatures of 60-100°C. Under certain conditions, the increased thermal conductivity must be taken into account for optimal performance.
