MOCOM Compounds CELLIDOR® B 500-10 is a base polymer made of Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, with a filler/additive system of 10% phthalate-free plasticiser and special features of low odor. For pre-drying conditions, it should be placed in an air circulating dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. For processing injection molding, the recommended melt temperature should be 180-230°C, and the mold temperature should be 40-80°C. Typical applications for CELLIDOR® B 500-10 include various industries such as automotive, electronics, and medical.
