MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD PC 2020 UV 17027 WT1022-17 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system of 20% glass fibers that is UV stabilized, providing high light transmission, light scattering, and high light diffusion. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried at 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours and with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. This material is suitable for automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. It should be processed with a melt temperature of 290-320°C and a mold temperature of 80-130°C.

Polymer Name: Polycarbonate (PC)

Processing Methods: Injection Molding

Fillers Included: Glass Fiber, Proprietary
