MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 2030/500 GF30 is a base polymer of Polystyrene with a filler/additive system of 30% glass fibers, suitable for various applications. For optimal performance, recommended pre-drying conditions are in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, depending on moisture content. For successful injection molding, melt temperatures of 180-260°C and mold temperatures of 10-70°C are required.
