MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2030/510 GF30 IM is a polyamide 66 injection molding grade with 30% glass fibers, heat-stabilized, impact-modified, and easy-release (demolding). It is suitable for various market segments such as lighting and domestic appliances. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.
