MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 2010/500 GF10 is a base polymer composed of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with 10% glass fibers. It has good flow, slip agent, and processing stabilization properties. This injection molding grade has a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.20%. It has various market segments and application areas for injection molded parts and should be protected from light and stored at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
