MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/729 UV is a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with special features of high surface quality and UV stabilization, making it suitable for typical applications such as housings. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, or 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on moisture content. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 220-260°C and mold temperature between 50-80°C.
