It is used for lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements in the automotive and lighting market segments, and is approved by GS93016.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 GY1152-05LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides light scattering and high light diffusion, making it translucent and with good flow. It is suitable for Automotive and Lighting market segments and typical applications include lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. It has been approved by GS93016 and should be processed with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and mold temperature of 80-110°C.

ALCOM® PC 740/4 GY1152-05LD

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/170 is a polycarbonate base polymer that contains recycled material and has easy release (demolding) properties. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature range of 270-310°C and a mold temperature range of 80-110°C, making it appropriate for automotive, lighting, and various other market segments. Commonly used for housing, automotive trim unpainted, and various other fixtures and fittings applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/159 GF20 CP is a polypropylene homopolymer reinforced with 20% glass fibers. It is chemically coupled and offers high stiffness and high toughness. This material is suitable for use in automotive, building and construction, and other markets. It can be used for engine and drive systems, transport systems, and various injection molded parts such as housings and operating elements. To ensure peak performance, store it in a dry place, away from light, and not above 30°C.

ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/159 GF20 CP

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO D40 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate polymer (PP+EPDM) in black color with polymer recyclate special features, suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of &lt;0.10%. Processing extrusion requires a melt temperature of 190-230°C and an indie temperature of 190-220°C.

ALFATER® XL ECO D40 2GP0000

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/227 UV is a polycarbonate-based material with a light stabilizer filler/additive system that is UV stabilized. It should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Pre-drying conditions require 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours and in an air circulating dryer 100-120°C for 4-12 hours depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. For processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C is required. Typical applications of this material include various projects such as automotive, electrical, and consumer goods.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A65E 2GP0000 WT1159-17 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) available in natural, white, and black colors. It has high viscosity and superior resistance to weathering, chemicals, ozone, hot air, and hydrolysis. This material is widely used in the automotive, building and construction, machinery, electrical and electronic, and furniture industries for applications such as profiles, seals, sealing lips, conduits, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, and air ducts, as well as 2K components. It offers excellent adhesion to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general.

ALFATER® XL A65E 2GP0000 WT1159-17

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 3030/100 is a polypropylene homopolymer with a 30% glass bead filler/additive system, specially designed for easy release (demolding) and slip agent. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C and can be used to create building and construction, sport and leisure applications, such as injection molded parts, interior and household goods, hygiene products, and housings. To ensure best results, pre-drying conditions should be in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 h, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 h.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV CC1269-08LD is a polycarbonate-based material containing a special filler and light scattering, UV stabilized additives. It has GS93016 approval and is suitable for automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. Injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C.
